I checked into the room last night and found someone else's underwear. The hotel general manager apologized and gave me fruit.
But the check-in experience tonight was very unpleasant. You can only increase the room type and pay more, but cannot reduce the room type and get a refund.

真的很滿意，房間很乾凈，隔音也很好
暑假帶孩子來武平涼野山和百家大院玩，來之前本來沒有期待這家酒店，一進酒店大堂就讓人安心舒服的感覺，辦入住時前台小姐姐就告知有洗衣房，烘乾機，晾曬區和健身房可供使用。
這個價格真的很划算是我來龍巖住過最滿意的酒店，一點也不誇張。

衞生不錯，環境不錯，服務不錯，設施也不錯。早上的免費早點也很好，裝修風格和酒店圖片一樣，每天都有人來打掃衞生，牙刷什麼的一日一換，有健身房，洗衣機，各種設備都比較的齊全，能滿足絕大多數住客的需求。
