The overall service awareness of the hotel service staff is worse than that of other excellent hotels (the check-in service staff served with a straight face throughout the process, no questions asked, no words were spared, and room service was delivered only after being urged again and again). , no matter how busy you are during the Spring Festival, you still need to make your customers feel at home. The hotel has a constant-temperature swimming pool (many people choose it, and the water temperature is very comfortable in winter), and a sauna (mostly no one goes there). The hotel is open until 22:00 in the evening, and clearance starts at 21:45. When we came back from the park, the whole family went for a swim and took a shower, then went back to the room and lay down comfortably.
