小朋友很喜歡，之前也住過別的親子民宿，但店家的小細節還是很貼心。兩種顏色的小童牙刷，刷牙凳，小澡盆等等，還提供了幾套可以拍照的裙子，海洋球池也很乾凈，看得出有用心的打掃，小朋友玩的開心極了，都不想出去玩了。

房間大小：房間很大，一家三口住完全沒問題。
衞生情況：雖然是民宿，但是衞生條件一點都不差，是我住過最乾淨的民宿。
親子設施：有滑梯，有帳篷，有海洋球，有大熊玩偶，有秋千，有汪汪隊的服飾可以自己DIY，還貼心的在牆上裝了麪矮矮的小鏡子，方便小朋友DIY穿好服飾後照鏡子用，很貼心，小朋友很開心，出去玩一直嚷着要回民宿玩滑梯和鞦韆。
服務保障：店家很nice，我們因為最後一天外出遊玩不方便攜帶行李，協商了店家可以適當延長退房時間，店家完全沒有不高興或者拒絕，讓我們外出旅行在外有了家的感覺，很暖很貼心。
設施保障：民宿小孩用品一應俱全，大人用品也很豐富，還給提供免費棉柔巾，我還是第一次住宿遇到免費提供洗臉巾的，總之衹要居家需要的，他都有，棒棒噠。

房間乾淨，就是家的感覺，上鋪也很寬敞，大人睡也綽綽有餘，有小朋友的牙刷拖鞋，身體乳洗澡盆，也有冰箱微波爐，離融創茂商城很近，吃飯購物很方便，密碼鎖自動進入，住了三天，孩子現在回家了還要嚷着要去奧特曼酒店

很滿意，房間生活設備齊全，冰箱洗衣機微波爐都有，環境佈置的很温馨，陽台還有個蹦床 孩子玩的非常開心，陽台還能看見旁邊融創樂園晚上的燈光表演

民宿位置很不錯！有很多主題中選擇，這次挑了個凱蒂貓主題~停車🅿️房方便，就在樓下，對面就是融創廣場 。性價比高！房間空間大！別説小朋友喜歡，大朋友也很喜歡呢！小朋友一進去就説睡上鋪，一直玩滑滑梯和鞦韆（滑下來得當心些 沖擊性有點大）建議保護措施加強下
服務：一家自助入住的民宿，會有小管家加聯繫方式 把地理位置發送你，還會問有多幾個人入住 讓阿姨準備東西 ，很貼心！一次性洗臉巾各種都備用齊全！非常實用！

帶娃來無錫玩～沒怎麼猶豫的就選了這家親子民宿～房間非常滿意～乾淨衞生～娃需要的東西該有的一應俱全～房主考慮的很周到～房間裏的滑滑梯、海洋球和鞦韆娃也非常喜歡～第二天也會主動問啥時候來打掃補給～總之是很滿意的一次預訂～

臨時決定去無錫滑雪，於是定了靠近融創文旅城的雲朵兒民宿，説實話距離近，會省了很多麻煩。當天中午到了就可以直接停車通過融創2號門上到2樓熱雪奇蹟。老闆貼心的將房間安排以及温馨小貼士在出行前就分批發送。離開時，走的急落下了洗漱用品，但店家第一時間就給予了聯繫，並以快遞寄出。推薦大家，不用費力奔走找尋，雲朵兒家配置很全，連衞生間洗臉巾都有考慮，有機會再體驗其他主題房間。
