Our stay at this hotel was pleasant. The staff were professional, the bath was lovely. The breakfast was standard with basic breakfast options. The location was decent and easy to get to places from with a car. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Overall a good experience when visiting Wuxi :)

The front desk was very welcoming. During the May Day holiday, there were many people and they upgraded our room type for free. We were arranged a non-smoking room, which was not noisy at night and very quiet! It is very convenient to get around next to the subway. The hotel also has a travel guide, which is very thoughtful. There is a square around, which is very convenient for eating and shopping.

Risheng Hotel was formerly called Zhongyi Hotel. We often stayed there when we were on business trips more than ten years ago. Now its facilities are outdated and the service is not up to par, which is a pity for its location.
