HanTing Hotel (Wuxi Hudai)

1. The showerhead was broken upon check-in, and no one on-site staff noticed it during my two-day stay. 2. On the second day, the amenities were incomplete, including tea and drinking water. This Hanting directly-operated hotel has seen a significant decline in service.

The room was relatively clean and tidy, but the shower head wasn't fixed. Furthermore, the room was incredibly small. Nearby restaurants are usually a ten-minute walk or more. There's only Shaxian downstairs. Otherwise, I think the service was okay.

I participated in Xi'an Marathon and booked Hanting, which I have always trusted. The experience was great, with the patient receptionist and the cute delivery robot 🤖. I loved it.

小朋友有個比賽在附近，選擇了這家酒店，服務非常好哈，早餐也很有地方特色，推薦！ 為了配合小朋友比賽時間，酒店特意將當天的早飯時間，從七點提前到了五點，方便孩子們用餐，我們賽程變化了第二天不住，酒店也主動給我們退了一天，總體感覺很好

沒有做過比較更差的酒店了 排風扇是正對着人臉的，你睡覺的時候眼一睜就是兩個排風扇 然後我是凌晨三四點入住的 早上八9:00被這個排風扇硬生生吵醒了 睡覺很死的人都能被吵醒，也是沒誰了 打電話給前台也沒能解決這個問題 最嚴重的事我們都沒有什麼好休息，12:00還要退房 讓他2:00退房還要額外收費 體驗感是真的很差 住周圍的便捷酒店也比這個好

整體環境雅緻安靜，遠離喧鬧特別適合休息。床品軟硬適中，睡眠質量很好。衞生細節拉滿，角落都打理得很乾凈。服務貼心到位，細節處盡顯用心，物超所值，下次出行一定再來。

地理位置方便，環境特別好，酒店也特別乾淨，服務人員態度非常好，下次我還會來入住。
