Hotel locates inside an old traditional village. Only 30mins to WuXi airport and WuXi East Station (high speed train) but not near to WuXi town center Room is beautiful and clean in traditional Chinese style.

The front desk staff was kind and checked in quickly. The room size is small, but the layout is reasonable and the basic facilities are complete. Although the bed is not particularly soft, it is also comfortable and can meet the needs of rest. The TV and air conditioning are running normally, the bathroom is clean, the hot water supply is stable for 24 hours, and the quality of toiletries is acceptable.

Breakfast is not very tasty and the variety is relatively scarce. There is not much to eat around. It is close to the scenic spot. The corridor feels average, narrow, there is a section of floor height is still relatively low, and some places of the carpet have stains. The interior of the room is still relatively clean.

After entering the hotel, although I had some expectations about the hotel gardens in the ancient towns of Jiangnan, the garden design of this MGallery is truly the ceiling! When the lights are turned on at night, it is a completely different feeling from the daytime. Maybe because it is newly opened, there are very few people here and the experience is superb. No matter where you take photos in the hotel, no one will disturb you and it will not affect others. Who can understand the feeling of one person taking over the entire hotel? When staying in a good hotel, the environment is definitely a hard standard. The beautiful scenery can make people forget many worries and relax and have a good vacation. This place is undoubtedly beyond expectations, and you can stay here during the grand opening promotion, which is truly value for money! In addition to the environment, the other half is naturally the service. At least during the three days and two nights I spent at MGallery, I really couldn't find any fault with the service here. When we checked in, two staff members enthusiastically helped us carry our luggage to the room. When we checked out, before we even entered the lobby door, the staff standing at the other door of the lobby had already seen us pushing our suitcases from a distance and ran towards us. We didn't want to trouble the staff too much, but we couldn't refuse their kindness and they took us to the underground parking garage and loaded our suitcases into the car. Although this is their responsibility, this kind of initiative from a distance of dozens of meters still touches me a little. They keep distance when we need space, and when we need help, they have already prepared the next step for us even without a glance. As for any need in the room, as long as you make a phone call, they will respond quickly and promptly, which is really impeccable! All the room facilities are new, the water from the faucet is very large and comfortable, the hot water comes quickly, and there are Washlet and nice-smelling cleaning products. Everything is worthy of the high-end luxury positioning. Oh yes! Sincerely! The beds here are really good to sleep in! ! ! If I must point out some shortcomings, it is true that there is still some odor in the room, but the air purifier that is constantly circulating, the activated carbon in various drawers, and the placement of green radish are already doing our best to improve it. I just hope that if possible, we can still ask a professional company to come a few more times to clear the odor. Another point is that the disposable supplies provided by the hotel are not rich enough. For example, many high-end luxury hotels now provide air cushion combs, and some hotels even provide sewing kits, etc. It would feel more thoughtful if these were available. During these three days and two nights, we tried both the buffet and set breakfast. The buffet had a wide variety of dishes, the bread was very rich, and the set breakfast also provided rich carbohydrates, which would definitely make the guests full. However, due to our small number of people, we did not get to experience the highly acclaimed Chinese restaurant. This regret will definitely be made up for when we have the chance, because the scenery at the entrance of this Chinese restaurant is so beautiful! In terms of the geographical location of this MGallery Hotel, it can be said that it is only separated from Dangkou Ancient Town by a wall! Although Dangkou Ancient Town is not very prosperous, it has quite a few shops. And precisely because it is a small town, there are not many people, so it is extremely convenient to go in and out. It is really not inferior to other hotels to be able to build such a magnificent and breathtakingly beautiful hotel next to such a quaint ancient town! After I left, although I didn't meet Robert, he and Henry came back to ask about my stay experience. After listening to my suggestions, they immediately said sincerely that they would find ways to improve. I am not a very prestigious member of Accor, but I could feel that I was treated sincerely before and after check-in. This hotel has a promising future! !
