非常愉快的入住體驗，從下車開始，就有小夥子幫忙開車門。酒店大堂非常的氣派，這次帶了老人小孩一起出行，辦理入住的時候就有經理上來詢問行程，非常的熱心，知道我們是來玩的，特地送了無錫的地圖，為了照顧老人，糜經理給我們安排了靠近電梯的房間，還特意給小孩送了洗漱用品，前台戴眼鏡的小菲還給小朋友送了小禮物，很驚喜，小朋友非常喜歡。整個入住體驗非常的棒。安排的房間雖然靠近電梯，但是景觀非常的優美。經理一路都幫我們拉着行李，介紹周邊設施。前麪的公園非常的大，老人早起，去散步，呼吸新鮮空氣對身體也好，過個馬路就是個小古鎮，古色古香的很有江南水鄉的感覺。玩了一天，小孩夜裡有點小感冒，衹是跟前台提了一下有沒有溫度計，糜經理就第一時間回撥電話，關心詢問，讓阿姨送來了溫度計和冰塊。真的是中國速度。大晚上的這麼麻煩人家，非常的不好意思。這次的酒店體驗讓我感覺到了非常的溫馨。不管是酒店，還是酒店的工作人員。熱情，服務態度也好。下次一定還會再來！

Location, room comfort, hotel condition I chose the Holiday Inn Express for its location.my late check-in and 3 nights stay was a very pleasant experience: comfortable bed and pillows, courteous and helpful staff, clean and generous sized room, plus professional service, efficiency and tranquility for business travel. Recommended!

The room was booked late and did not book a parent-child room. The front desk offered to have a double bed, and added a layer on it. When I slept, I didn’t feel a gap in the middle. The sink had hot water very quickly, but the hot water temperature of the shower was relatively warm (I prefer hot water) . There are pot games in the hotel, as well as buffet breakfast (additional charge), we are self-driving, free parking, but before going out, we have to report the mobile phone number with the front desk, in general, the experience is still very good.

We were SO happy with the service here. They took AMAZING care of us and gave us first class treatment all the way. The room was super clean and super nice. The pool was wonderful.
