I had a very peaceful and relaxing weekend at Grand Park Wuxi hotel. The front desk workers were very kind in assisting me to find a Seafood restaurant to dine. When I was unable to get in my room, I received help within a nanosecond of lodging a complaint. Breakfast was in buffet style, so there were a lot of healthy food choices to select from. Never ignore your health while you are out and about traveling. The gym at the hotel provided me that space to take care of me. They had all the right gym equipment to keep the momentum going as I travel. If I do decide to go back to Wuix, I would definitely choose this hotel. I am sure that you will love it as well.

The Octonauts themed room was perfect for my 5 year old, who loves the show! It put him and us in a great mood. The hotel is also so close to the historical street and you don’t even need to cross any streets to get there so it’s very child friendly. Would highly recommend it to families.

Fantastic stay at the lovely Rocase serviced apartments. The rooms were very spacious and nicely decorated. The service was impeccable, extremely polite and they even spoke English! They couldn't have been more helpful. The food at the buffet was good, though it's a small selection (as it is a boutique hotel, it's small in size). I would suggest perhaps varying a couple of small things in each day just to offer variety - even just the addition of another jam or cereal as well perhaps (although that's a very foreign thing). The restaurant staff were so lovely and went to all the trouble to take coffee orders, offer freshly made omelettes or wonton soup etc. one more suggestion for the serviced apartment would be to provide basic cutlery/plates in the room. There are wine glasses and tea making things, which is great, but no wine opener and nothing to put food on. Though if I was staying for more than a few nights I would buy my own, it's cheap. The location is fantastic, super close to Nanchang walking street, which I really enjoyed wandering around! Overall, great stay.

Stayed for so many times in the whole season, it is the worst experience so far, the main reason is that the room can not set the heating by itself. Especially in Wuxi at the beginning of April, the night weather in Wuxi was in its early 10 degrees, and I didn't bring more thick clothes when I traveled, and I felt cold every time I went back to the room. I considered asking the front desk if I could adjust the warm air, but I saw that the warm reminder has already stated that ”central air conditioning will run in a single mode uniformly”, and I lost the desire for consultation and communication. Another small problem is that the hot and cold indication of the bath is unknown, the location of the water is closed and the location of the sticker prompt does not match, and you need to twist a little more in the direction of the hot water to completely turn off the water. It is really difficult to believe that hotels at this price will set a single mode of unified operation with this logic. Shouldn't it be a unified operation of cold and warm air in summer and winter with a constant temperature, and the changing spring and autumn let guests adjust it themselves? I felt my cold so much. The hotel has great potential . It is in a very convenient location! Waking distance to scenery spots and easy to catch the bus and subway. The check in procedure was almost non existent. There was one front desk member who could speak English which was nice. The carpets of the elevator and hall ways are soiled with marks and dirty. I was first given a room with a great view on the 17 floor . But it was terrible it looked empty . The walls were dirty with food stains and the cleaning was very poor there was hair and cut nails in the floor . The shower also had black mold . I was then moved rooms and the second room was much better . There was still hair on the floor the bathroom was cleaner . In my days there my coffee cups were not washed . And the basin was not wiped it cleaned . The cleaning abs cleanliness of the hotel and the room really let this hotel down ! The chair in the bedroom were also with marks and not to clean. Overall the room had not sitting place . And looked a little empty. It also had a sensor light which went on at every movement even movement outside of the room which made it difficult to sleep. The hotel is in a good location. The bed is comfy .

for the price I am quite satisfied. It lies in-between the 2 metro stations南昌路 and 三阳广场， this msans though that you need to walk a bit. Other than that the room is quite allright so nothing to complain about it. Maybe some of the equipment is a bit old but that's allright for me with that price. The only point that i took away in commodities is that there is no fridge 😊. Other than that, very frendly stuff definitely gonna check it out again

I decided to go to Wuxi on the spur of the moment on New Year’s Eve. After comparing several hotels, I finally chose theirs! Sure enough, there is nothing wrong! Excellent location: The hotel is located in the center of Wuxi, with the subway across the road. The hotel is only a five-minute walk to Suning, Yaohan, Sanyang Plaza and Hang Lung (you can check in to the Internet celebrity toilets)! It takes 10 minutes to walk to Donglin Academy and Xiaolou Lane! It takes about 20 minutes to walk to Nanchan Temple and Nanchang Street, or take a taxi for 8 or 9 yuan! A taxi ride to Yuantouzhu costs around 37 yuan. Basically, the hotel is very convenient for going to all the major attractions in Wuxi! We basically take a taxi because it’s not convenient to park anywhere during the Chinese New Year! 33 Hotel facilities: I was originally worried that the hotel might be too old, but it turned out to be no problem at all. We booked an executive suite with a great view on the 25th floor! The 2 rooms do not interfere with each other! The room is atmospheric, clean, and has no smell 3. The bathroom 🚽 is very functional! Unexpected hahaha! The breakfast located on the 28th floor of the hotel is great! And there was no crazy price increase during the Chinese New Year! Excellent value for money! Service attitude: We arrived in the evening, and the housekeeper Xiaoquan was very considerate. He gave us small pastries, and also gave us very festive red masks and trinkets for the Chinese New Year! The kids like it very much! They even helped us fold our clothes when cleaning the next day! The staff answered all our questions and any small requests we made were met immediately! Thank you so much! Overall, the trip of three days and two nights was fine. 333, super five-star recommendation!

The old InterContinental has outdated facilities but good service. The front desk also provides free room upgrades. I like the location very much. Taihu Square is just downstairs and very close to museums and libraries. It's still quite far away from Nanchang Street. It takes more than ten minutes by bike and it's very quick to take a taxi. The hotel's swimming pool and gym are very good! Turning down is too early, after six o'clock haha! Stayed for five nights. The breakfasts for the first four days were very good. There were Huishan crispy cakes, small wontons and Wuxi steamed buns, which are local specialties. Western-style breads are relatively weak, including puff pastries. There is only one European bun for freshly baked bread. A baguette. There are quite a variety of cheeses and cheeses. I don’t know what happened to the breakfast on the fifth day. There might be a meeting or something. It was very noisy. At 8:30, a lot of food was gone. It's as small as a mineral water bottle cap... There isn't even a tea bag on the water table...
