出門旅遊出差都很合適入住，最值得一提的是所有的服務人員都特別熱情，我洗了衣服在洗衣服忘記取了，前台小姐姐貼心給洗好烘乾好放到房間，真的很貼心，進出也會給我們微笑着問候，感覺很温馨，房間裏面打掃的很乾凈，還有免費贈送的礦泉水和打包早餐，值得入住。

酒店工作人員服務熱情周到，很温馨，很有家的感覺，房間打掃的很乾凈，交通很方便 門口就有地鐵站口和公交站，路對面就是網紅打卡聖地大明宮遺址公園，距離西安火車站衹有一站路，去大雁塔鐘樓都很方便，還有自助洗衣服，很棒的一次入住體驗，推薦這家店。

設施：設施什麼的都很完善，服務也很好，但是！房間真的太小了，一個24寸的行李箱打開之後房間裏就沒有什麼地方可以落腳，而且靠近馬路，半夜經常能聽見摩託車的轟鳴聲，那幾天睡覺都是帶着降噪耳機

設施：完美。房間內的設施都是新裝的，用着很舒心，我很滿意。
衞生：完美。清潔阿姨很仔細，把房間整理得非常乾淨整潔，入住期間沒有發現有積灰積塵之處。
環境：完美。酒店距離西安地鐵4號線含元殿站D口非常近，從D口出來之後衹需要穿過一個小型停車場就到酒店門口了，這段步行距離絕對不超過50米，除非走錯路，真的非常便捷。酒店周圍還有華潤萬家、KFC、𰻝𰻝麪、肉夾饃等各類商家，味道很不錯，比那些網紅打卡點強一萬倍。酒店內部環境也很好，入住期間沒聽見有什麼噪音。電梯也設有門禁，需要刷房卡才能到達且僅能到達自己房間所在樓層，完全沒有安全問題。
服務：完美。剛剛抵達酒店的時候，恰好遇到酒店電路故障停電，電梯也不例外，前台小姐姐小哥哥二話沒説就主動幫我把行李箱往3樓房間搬，還一個勁兒地解釋酒店受停電影響的詳情以及酒店採取了哪些措施降低對客人的影響。在入住期間，不管從事何崗位的酒店工作人員在任何時候見到客人，都主動停下手頭工作並向客人問好，這比國內很多五星級酒店的服務都要好，非常值得表揚。
真是一次非常完美的住宿體驗。
