首先房間窗户是壞的根本合不上蚊子還多，給前台打電話通了直接給你掛掉，打了好幾次都是這樣要麼不接要麼通了掛掉，中午客房大姐打掃衞生樓道里和打架似的吵的讓人心煩，其次辦理入住時的前台接待大姐真的不想幹可以不幹這份工作我們來住店又不是欠你錢態度差的要命，真的希望老闆看到了讓她們稍微有點服務意識吧，好歹西安也是個旅遊城市。

非常差的一次體驗，大夏天的這個酒店居然不能洗澡，沒有熱水！涼水流出來黃色的水！而且水流很小很小！打掃衞生的一次次的敲門問打掃衞生，非常影響休息！按金退房後6個小時才退回！很無語。

非常差的一次體驗，1洗澡水放了十幾分鍾勉強熱了但不是很燙那種，不能開一點涼水，開到最熱那頭水柱非常細非常小勉強洗完了澡 2毛巾沒用打開就有一片黃色污漬，毛巾也非常老舊顏色已經洗不白凈了 3第二天早上出去吃完早飯回來發現房門打開，打掃衞生阿姨問你們還續住不，我問她怎麼私自開門她説以為你們要退房，當時時間在早上十點多左右…… 非常差的一次入住體驗
