Talk about the decoration style. It's very nice and the style is very high-end. insufficient: The front desk upgraded the king-size bed room we booked to a bathtub room. I felt like we were the first people to stay in this room. It was extremely cold when we entered the room, and the two air conditioners were slow to heat. There is a landscape light on the right hand side of the door. When it is turned on, there is a large space inside and there is garbage. My girlfriend finds it quite scary. There were traces of decoration on the bedside that had not been cleaned up. There was no power at the bedside, only a USB plug was working. After taking a shower and getting into bed, I felt itchy and prickly for no apparent reason, as if the bedding was not cleaned properly. Let's talk about the bathroom. There is no disposable bathtub cover. There is black ** in the bathtub. The style of the whole room is quite good. I don't know why the bathroom does not have a dry and wet separation. After taking a shower, there is water next to the toilet. By the way, the room phone doesn't work. I spent so much effort on the room, but the glass is not soundproof at all. It's very noisy in the morning! It's understandable that it just opened. Hope to make improvements. Overall it's good. I hope there won't be these problems next time I stay.

The room is moderate in size, and the ventilation is not particularly good. You need to turn on the air conditioner for ventilation, but the disadvantages do not outweigh the advantages. I was very impressed by this hotel on all fronts. We arrived very early, hoping just to leave our bags and return in a few hours to check in, and the front desk staff very kindly arranged for a room to be cleaned early in order to let us check in. I have to say the customer service we received was excellent at all stages of our three night stay. The room itself was very impressive and spacious with a huge bed, luxe bathroom and electronic WC. The breakfast offering was of a good standard and the lounge area with indoor/outdoor seating had a nice ambiance. Laundry facilities were very good with fast industrial washer dryers. The gym facilities looked quite limited with only two machines but this wasn’t a concern for us. Location was fine and a one minute walk to a metro station, DiDi drop offs were also very simple right outside the hotel. I would very happily stay in this hotel again and would recommend it to travellers to Xian.
