Hotels near Gongtang Pagoda, Xiahe

A very Tibetan-style homestay, the proprietress is also gentle and enthusiastic, the children like to stay here very much, and don't want to leave when they leave😹😹😹😹

I am very satisfied with my trip. I selected Treasure B&B. The rooms are very unique and the boss and staff are very enthusiastic! We arranged special breakfast and dinner, and also upgraded the room type for free. It was a great stay experience!

This is a great base for exploring the grasslands. In the village is a monestary, which is wonderful. Highly recommend a visit! The hotel is super clean, food is great and owners are very kind. Be aware that to reach the grassland one has to cross a meadow and highway, the hotel is not on the grassland itself.

Wonderful place and wonderful family! The best accommodation we stayed in in China. Perfect position very close to the monastery. Very clean. As soon as we arrived we were greeted with a snack of dried dates, bread, butter and tzampa, accompanied by some delicious tea. We stayed with this family for two days and they always offered us breakfast, the first day with house tea and fresh bread, the second day with coffee and fried bread. We spent the evening with them and they always kept offering us food and tea, always making us feel welcome. The house is wonderful, Tibetan style, wooden, always very clean. The beds are really comfortable, and they have a warming blanket. Inside our room we also had an electric heater to warm ourselves, which made the room really warm and cosy. The bathroom has hot water. You can fill your water bottles from the drinking water containers they have in front of each room. We always saw them cleaning the common areas. The owner, his wife and their three children welcomed us warmly like family. I will recommend them to all my friends. Really recommended!

The host of this homestay was incredibly welcoming. As soon as we arrived and confirmed our booking, they helped carry our luggage to the room and even offered us yogurt to try—it really felt like being treated as part of the family. They also provided traditional Tibetan costumes for us to wear and take photos at no extra charge. There are plenty of dining options nearby. On top of that, the room was clean, equipped with electric blankets, and the breakfast was quite good too.

a very nice place for retreat. the room is cozy, warm and beautiful. i will come back again to bring other friends

This is the best hotel for this Gannan experience. The facilities and equipment are very new, the service is very good, and the facilities are also very comprehensive. The wooden house, felt room, restaurant, and bonfire are all available. The road in front and the mountains and rivers behind are beautiful. It is a few minutes away from Langmusi.

The B&B makes people who are away from home feel like they are back home, with delicious dishes and a warm and homely environment. You can see the misty mountains and the strange rain in the surrounding area. You can also drink tea and rest in the lobby. It is not far from the scenic area and there is a parking lot at the door. It is worth it for those who go out!

Wonderful homestay with family. Yummy hot tea in the morning. And an electric bed warmer!

I was freezing cold when I arrived. the friendly staff and warm room and lovely hot shower instantly cured me. The staff is very quick with the translation apps and very helpful and kind overall. The neighborhood is also quiet at night ☺️
