Easy check in and staff gives good guidance of all what the hotel offers. Spacious and well equipped. Good breakfast and dinner facilities.

We’ve stayed at the Sheraton in Xiamen several times now and always enjoy our stay. We like the location as it is very central and easy to get anywhere in the city. The staff are helpful and professional, the rooms are comfortable and very nicely lit! Their bar has some good beer on tap, which is not always easy to find in Xiamen. Also, if you stay on your birthday they give you some cake, which is thoughtful. I’m sure we’ll be back again many more times!

All services, environment and facilities meet the standards of five-star hotels. Service, location, cleanliness, facilities are excellent, hotel staffs are very friendly and helpful, Definitely will recommend and return again .

This was my second time to stay in Sheraton Xiamen Hotel. Staff here are nice and helpful. The environment is clean and the room is big enough. I will choose this hotel again for my next visit.

This hotel is situated in the middle of the island, so it’s really convenient to travel around Xiamen from the hotel. It’s also pretty close to the airport. The staff were all super friendly and helpful, they also spoke English very well. The food was delicious too! I would absolutely stay here again as I really enjoyed my stay.

Sheraton Xiamen blew all expectations! What an amazingly relaxing and enjoyable stay it was. The team members are exceptional. Carrie especially gave wonderful advice on exploring the art districts, Bruce was swift with essential ferry information, and Jason was cheerful in sharing locations of coffee shops and parks. The Sheraton team are thoughtful and passionate, I was amazed by the warmth at this hotel. Beautiful scenery surrounds the location and it is easy to arrive at the major destinations that many people come to Xiamen to see. The grounds, in which the hotel stands, are vibrant with plantations and trees, making the area a wonderful finishing point for evening walks. The rooms are inviting, clean and comfortable. The facilities, overall, were much better than expected. There is a sauna, which was a surprise, I missed that detail in booking. Gym equipment is new and runs smoothly, it seems the pool is much enjoyed by families and solo people alike. I did not eat at the hotel, but I could clearly see there is a great deal of choice on offer at the buffet breakfast. When I revisit Xiamen I will gladly return to the Sheraton Xiamen.

The room is clean and tidy, and the service is thoughtful. The buffet has a wide variety and tastes good.

Overall, I am satisfied, but travelers who have high expectations for the international brand Sheraton may be disappointed. The hotel is a bit old and its facilities cannot keep up with modern needs.

I stayed in this hotel twice when I came to Xiamen. It is very close to the airport. The room attendant is very careful and considerate. If there is no mouse pad, he will take the initiative to send one. The breakfast is rich in variety.

Check-in was fast and the front desk staff was very polite. There are many choices in the morning. Unfortunately, the breakfast area is very long and narrow. It is quite far to go from one side to the other. People are concentrated in the hot food area.
