這次來廈門，最最滿意的是入住的波特曼酒店。由於孩子更喜歡瑞海的風格，聯繫客服容珍幫我升級了房間，之後得知要帶寶貝入住，客服容珍主動幫我安排了床圍和挖沙工具。中間換房時，即使在她休息的時候，也在跟進，非常有責任心！知道我們是晚上的航班還貼心的在自己的權限內幫我們辦理了延時退房！下次來廈門還會入住波特曼！

這酒店真棒！十分滿意！非常滿意！到曦海酒店check in時正下着雨，值班經理Sunny擔心我們從大堂去小鎮不方便，幫我們升級為曦海酒店的海景大床房，感謝你哦~哇塞！房間又大又漂亮，乾淨衞生，無敵海景，還有哈曼卡頓藍牙音箱，音質好好。另外整個酒店像歐洲城堡，每個角落都好看，而且走兩步就到海邊了，可以帶孩子過來挖呀挖呀挖，特別棒！

住了兩個晚上～整體感覺非常舒服、衞生各方面都很好 中間讓幫忙整理都是很積極、隨時缺東西讓送每個服務員態度都非常好，包括前台黃華煒很熱心，還有值班經理Eddie幫我處理一些私事過程都很滿意，小鎮裏面隨處都可以打卡，美美出片，海景很舒適 下次首選這家了

每次來廈門，必來波特曼～客服亞雯貼心温暖，賓至如歸。酒店的床品舒服到想買全套帶回家，整體服務很細節～去過廈門很多五星酒店，但是體驗最好的就是在波特曼！這次時間充裕和朋友約了下露營🏕特別愜意～下次再來廈門，一定還會來波特曼

酒店環境非常好 但是當晚發生了一些小插曲 浴室的下水道出了問題 洗完澡水無法下去全都漫出來了 整個浴室全部都是水 喊了工作人員來修但是洗完澡下水道還是堵住了 聯繫了前台後主動幫我們換了房間升級了房型延遲退房了 服務還是很不錯的 第二天經理還打電話給我道歉並詢問是否需要其他服務 表揚酒店所有的工作人員 不管是迎賓還是客房人員甚至送的旅拍服務態度也都很好 酒店拍照特別出片 但是酒店的設施真的需要好好檢修了 配不上那麼好的服務和環境

這次來廈門和姐妹入住的是廈門波特曼七星灣酒店
入住體驗感簡直是好到爆炸!各個方面來説真的是太爽了!
首先，咱們從酒店性價比來説 !波特曼七星灣作為五星級酒店槓槓的，可以對比其它五一旺季五星級酒店漲價真的，是貴的有些離譜了，這個大家可以在某程上可以對比看。
波特曼酒店大堂太豪華了，真的很有西紅柿首富電影那味，非常歐式的建築真的是太出片啦!而且裏面有很多娛樂設施，早點也是非常的豐盛。
還有更讓我感到開心的是，酒店的服務人員真的主打一個熱情周到，每個人臉上都是笑盈盈的，來和我對接Nora姐姐，真的本人特別漂亮温柔，還很貼心的幫我把行李拿到房間門口，你們懂嗎!美女誒，邊和你聊天邊幫你拿行李箱的感受!真是度假體驗好到爆炸!太幸福了!
還有一個小插曲是，因為是美女Nora姐姐貼心把我們送到房間去的，我們後面玩完回來，就一整個沒把房間號記住，直接一個迷路的大動作，當時我們就重新坐電梯回到大堂嘛，然後杵着一個大個子形象也特別好的哥哥站在電梯那衝著我微微笑，我就直接找他可以幫忙帶我們回房間嘛，人家也是特別熱情服務很周到，拿了房卡查好房號，一下就幫我解決了頭疼問題，真是感動，他後面還説自己的名字取自“援兵”之意，真是顧客的好援兵啊!
廈門波特曼酒店是我住過這麼多高級酒店和民宿以來，服務體驗感最棒的。
