酒店在諸葛亮廣場附近，很高的建築，樓層很多。酒店的服務人員專業而且熱情，效率高，話術準，會送客人到電梯，酒店還送了水果和飲料。訂了一間豪華標間，房間面積夠大，設施比較齊全，衞生間空間設定合理，大浴缸很適合放鬆。酒店附近各種商業設施都比較齊全，吃飯遊覽都方便。整體上貼近五星級標準。

攜程訂的高級大床房，前台小姐姐主動升級成了豪華大床房，還送了入住水果。重點表揚一下第一天的保潔阿姨，態度和藹，工作認真，看到有小朋友還主動放了小童牙刷和小童拖鞋。下次過去還住這裏！

挺好的，很舒適，我吸煙所以選了可吸煙的客房。入住時兩間客房清理出來了一間，前台很熱心的幫忙把行李拿上去然後安排在大堂休息等候，還送了一個下午茶，態度和業務能力都很滿意。美中不足的提兩點吧，洗完澡出來穿浴袍，不是友人提醒還沒發現已經破了一個大洞。第二點就是電視播放的內容偏少，不太滿意。

很棒的酒店！停車場在地下，非常大而且免費，不用考慮停車問題了。工作人員給人一種非常專業的感受，從電話客服到所有遇到的工作人員都非常友好，標準五星級的服務。攜程的客户還給我們免費升級了豪華房，房間很大，隔音非常好，兩張1.5的大床，適合帶孩子出行。酒店位置臨近大路，2公里內有萬達廣場和民生廣場，出門交通便利。房間設施設備用起來都很順手，還給我們贈送了水果和飲料。早餐品種豐富，中式西式的都有，還有自釀的酸奶，熱牛奶常温牛奶，豆漿，飲料，餐品很全而且考慮周到，我們兩個大人帶了一個孩子，也沒有額外的收費。總之很棒的五星級酒店，服務有温度，設施有品質，室內環境靜謐、温馨，下次再來襄陽，一定還是不二的選擇。

不錯,推薦入住哈~環境很好，常客了，來襄陽會入住民發！各個區域都打掃的非常乾淨，地面蠟打的也很乾凈看着很新，房間也比較乾淨，床品舒適乾淨，管家趙武穎很熱情，很專業，考慮的比較周到，工作人員有禮貌，服務都很好，酒店整體性價比高，服務沒得説，好評。還送了小朋友早餐[呲牙]，早餐也很豐富，炒蛋清很對胃口，牛肉麪味道不錯！設施好，服務好！酒店帶游泳池，小朋友還遊了個泳。
