如果不是陪同長輩出行，我們可能當場就拜拜了。
房間門關不上，總嗶嗶嗶響，下樓去前台前台説沒有房了，找人來看一下。
打掃衞生的阿姨上來看過之後説確實有問題，讓酒店給我們換才換。我們就乾等着。
最後換了隔壁房，一模一樣的房型，一整個大無語。
不想接受任何解釋，你們酒店工作人員就是服務有問題，出行這麼多次從來遇到這種情況前台都是積極調整，因你酒店設施不完善或者設備出問題，沒有房的情況都是換同規格或更高規格來調整，説什麼沒房了最後給個一模一樣的房就純和客人玩心眼，我湖北人無所謂，外地人過來旅遊的話真的丟湖北的臉。
敗好感，住過服務最差的一家麗楓。

房間乾淨整潔，服務很耐心專業，酒店內還有免費停車場，這點覺得很不錯，唯一缺憾就是酒店居然沒有早餐哈哈哈

雖然襄陽下雪很冷，但酒店工作人員特別熱情，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適柔軟，房間裏很温暖，讓我在晚上能夠得到很好的休息。下次過來還住這家。

整體還不錯，淋浴水量充足，温度舒適，空調很暖和，但是毛巾上有臟東西，毛巾浴巾挺舊的，吹風機插頭有問題，很容易斷電

毛巾破的，櫃子裏還有不知道誰用的牙刷，服務挺好的，位置好找，離沃爾瑪挺近的，吃玩方便，停車也方便就是毛巾該換了，

晚上空調開30℃，凍醒了。早起刷牙打開洗漱用品裏面有垃圾，噁心到了。告知前台後來了位工作人員説是廠家的問題，然後就不了了之了。很無語！
