海泉寶貝樂園:這個真的是小女生的天堂，超愛
雙人温泉:室內室外温泉太多了，感覺都泡不過來
環境：帶寶寶可以去室內，室温很好不容易感冒
服務：服務不錯，來來回回都有人微笑問好
定的是湯屋，卧室感覺還不錯，衞生間裝修有點出戲，一家人出遊性價比確實很高

適合帶孩子去玩，春節前温泉人比較少，玩漂流和大喇叭都不用排隊，能玩到晚上九點多。泡温泉也方便，上午池子水很清澈。
建議：房間衞生還不是很好，地毯臟臟的。紙抽盒裡衹有一張紙，沒人檢查嗎？
自助早餐，服務人員比較熱情！

房間價格漲了，温泉遊樂配套設施水平降了，節假日前台接待人數和房間打掃速度也趕不上，一次比一次體驗差了，值得肯定的是服務人員態度和早餐還一如既往好！

非常多的項目可以玩 酒店客房也很不錯 特別是有旁邊有個小床 小寶貝非常的喜歡 晚上都自己睡 自己玩 裏面的水上項目的温度也是非常高的 孩子玩起來也不怕着涼推薦大家來玩

幾年沒來了這次體驗極差。首先停車不順利停車場擋住不讓進前台説有保安指揮排隊，可等了好久都沒人管。大廳辦理手續亂七八糟的，有人插隊前台也正常接待。前台服務員態度很差沒耐心。房間地面太臟了，毛巾爛成這個樣子（雖然不會用），被罩也是壞的。不知道這幾年海泉灣經歷了什麼。
