It’s really been a long time since I seriously wrote a review for a hotel, but this time this hotel brought a lot of surprises, because it was picked up by the car near the airport, and the driver’s brother would help with the luggage. We couldn’t get in the hand. After arriving at the hotel, the front desk brother also came out to help take things as soon as possible. Other staff handed over a cup of just a mouthful of tea. The whole service process really didn't say! The hotel has just opened but there is no smell in the room, which is very good [strong]! There is no noise. At 8 o'clock, the front desk also took the initiative to ask if you need to call early! The breakfast is really delicious, and you can taste Shaanxi specialty pasta immediately if you prepare two kinds of pasta! The price is also particularly suitable! The first stop in Xi'an is really full of experience!

The space capsule was a life saver for us. We had a late night flight that arrived at 2 AM and the next flight was at 9 AM next day. With COVID regulations, we thought it easier to just spend the night inside the airport. I had pre-booked the hotel on Trip, but seems the address was a wrongly given and we had a hard time finding it. On calling them, the receptionist promptly came to our aid and offered to take us to the exact location, which was actually terminal 2. Because I had recently fractured my foot, I was in a wheelchair and the lady was very helpful in this regard and assisted me as much as possible. The capsule itself is literally a medium sized double bed matress with a wall panel that controls the lighting, sound and aircon. There are ports to charge phones, but not for laptop. Also, there is no separate toilet, have to use the nearest one in the airport. I was given a lower birth on account of my condition and I was really grateful for that. The lady also helped me to the check-in counter next morning. All-in-all, a very good option to catch up on a few hours of sleep while awaiting the next flight.

It is a 10-minute drive from the airport and there is a free shuttle service. The hotel has just opened, the facilities are very new, very clean! But the lack of intelligent equipment is a bit unworthy of the word ”selection”. The service is also very ”new”. It's really strange to encounter the police rounds in the middle of the night... The breakfast is not very good, and the products are not rich. I am worried that the plane will not have time to eat, so I will not let you take some away. I had to take a few bites and left... There is nothing around except a convenience store. The gym is a room renovation, the air does not circulate when the door is closed...
