We arrived in Yangling in the early morning. I called the boss to ask for the room address. After we stood on the roadside for 20 minutes, the boss told me that she had not seen my order and that all the rooms were booked. The key point is that I had booked 15 days in advance. In the middle of the night, she told me that there were no rooms and I could not stay... The attitude was also very bad! At my strong request, she arranged a standard room for me, and it smelled bad... Later, when I changed the room for the first time, there were many bugs in the room, but fortunately, after I asked, the boss was very good this time and changed me to another room. However, the room was fully equipped, and the room arranged later was quite satisfactory (the picture below shows the bugs in the room I changed for the first time)

As soon as you enter the hotel door, you can smell a light fragrance, and the music is also very beautiful and unique. I also like the decoration style. Yuanyuan at the front desk was very enthusiastic and prompt when checking in. She also carefully arranged a room with good lighting for me. The room is clean and tidy, the bathroom shower produces hot water very quickly, there is no peculiar smell, and the lighting is very good. JJeffrey SingaporeThis is a modern, clean and smart hotel. All facilities are new and there is some sort of smart element integrated in it. Found a book written by the owner of this hotel, 季琦 inside my room. I was so attracted by this book and continued to read it until 2am. Only realised the owner of Mercure Hotel is actually the boss of 如家 and 锦江之星 which I had stayed before when I worked in different city of China. His story of starting a few successful businesses in hospitality industry is truly amazing.
Not to forget to mention about the staffs in Mercure Hotel, the customer service girl really treats her guests like a boss, very helpful in helping me resolve my WiFi setting issue.
The only inconvenience I found the hotel is quite far from XuanYang city centre, where I can find a lot of nice food there. But it is really convenient for travellers as it is near the airport and the hotel provides free pick up service from and to the airport.

GGuest UserI arrived at the hotel at 1:30 a.m. on the 12th and called the pick-up driver. The driver responded immediately with ”warm greetings and help to pick up the boxes. I didn't feel tired at all in the middle of the night. The lady at the reception desk also greeted me kindly. She even helped me if I accidentally broke something on the way.” The problem was solved. I had a full nap at noon. The lady at the counter, Yuanyuan Xiaoxiang, called us responsibly to remind us of the pick-up time. The master who took us to and from the airport on the bus was very serious and responsible in handling everyone's luggage. The service is really 100%. I can't say enough. The staff's internal atmosphere is great and we feel the warmth between people. We will definitely stay here again next time!

GGuest User位置佳，有一個很大的停車場，自駕方便。衞生很好，床品舒服，電視機很大，智能馬桶。酒店裝修很大氣，時尚，4瓶礦泉水，還送了水果及冰箱裏的飲料。酒店每位工作人員不論是什麼崗位，見到客人都問聲好，給人很温暖。最想感謝的是前台一個帥小夥小賈，看到有長者又有許多行李，在沒有其他客人並前台還有二位工作人員的情況下，主動走過來幫助我們拿行李並送到房間，晚上我想去停車場看看（聽説從酒店那層樓可直接進停車場），想走一走摸摸路線，以免第二天早上拿許多行李若找不到會很麻煩，我又去前台詢問停車場怎麼走，前台幾位工作人員都很熱情告訴我怎麼走，但她們説不明白的人不好找，這時，又是小賈説帶我們走一趟，我為感謝他，給他100元小費，他沒有收，説這是他的工作，應該做的。為這樣的好員工點贊👍也為貴酒店能培養出這麼優秀的員工點贊！

KKTHBThe receptionists and hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful. We ran out of drinking water and they already send new bottles of water to our room. The hotel indoor swimming pool was really long. The hot spring room is not that large but adequate. There were not many people when we were using it .
Buffet breakfast was very good with lots of juices and choices. However, the buffet dinner was nothing special.

CChing ChuanThe capsule hotel is located just beside arrival side of Terminal 3 Xisnyang Airport, which is nice as I could immediately take my rest as I arrived at 12.30am. The capsule is clean and smell nice. There are soft and hard pillow with blanket. You can adjust the aircon fan speed and reading light. It's quiet as most people go there for nap or sleep before they move on with their journey.
