This time I booked two rooms at the same price. The room types are different, and the check-out is too troublesome and too slow. I have to wait a long time and have to go to the room slowly. The front desk staff is not very kind and friendly, and the rooms are small. On the contrary, it is more expensive. The main reason is that the TV and air conditioning are broken. I went to the front desk to change it and refused impatiently. The reason was that the room was full, but I obviously saw some guests checking in. Later, Ctrip refunded the difference.
