The room itself in the hotel was amazing and especially considering the price we paid. 10/10. There is a small convenience store next door at the bottom, which makes it easy to get essentials. There is a man, I didn't get his name. He was on night shifts at the front desk with glasses and was by far the most helpful hotel receptionist I've ever met. These things make me look back very fondly on my stay at Sanyu.

The service was Ok. The breakfast was great. The rooms are clean and luxurious. Location was in the old part of town where restaurants arent plentiful. The killer to an otherwise good review was the central heating. It was so bad that at one stage the room temperature registered 30 deg celsius. The reception suggested I open the windows but it didnt help. I couldnt sleep at all and if you rent a room which put you out of sleep, how to give a good rating ?

The welcome is very warm !
The staff is very kind, gentle and helpful.
The bedrooms are big and clean, the bed is really comfortable.

1. The location is excellent, next to the central square, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants, convenient transportation, and direct airport bus.
2. The room is spacious, bright, clean and tidy, and the decoration is very beautiful.
3. The staff is professional, efficient and enthusiastic, and the breakfast is very rich.
