信陽人民都很熱情，要走了還有點捨不得。從市區過來不知道怎麼坐車，給前台打電話，前台非常有耐心的給我説坐什麼路怎麼倒車。預計多久能到，半路還給我打電話問現在到哪裡了。可能是怕我做錯車哈哈哈哈。前台是個很暖心的小姐姐，入住時看我感冒還送了我兩瓶水。祝福我多喝點水，很感動。再次感謝前台小姐姐

房間整體乾淨，雖然臨街但不吵，每天都有打掃客房衞生的來整理和清潔，唯一美中不足的就是洗手池區域地面撒了水有點滑，要小心翼翼在上面走，建議加個防滑墊之類的東西，再就是空調噪音有- -點大 旁邊玩的地方挺多的

出差路過隨手定了房間，沒指望有什麼驚奇，辦理入住前廳小哥還挺熱情，交代的也比較仔細，服務態度挺熱情的，上樓走道寬敞，這個讓我挺驚奇的不壓抑，進房間挺出乎我的意料,床單被罩非常的乾淨，我看的出來是一 客一換非常乾淨，屋內設施雖然有點舊但是保養的非常到位，特別是衞生間的潔具五金件保養

服務超好，前台不同時間值班的小姐姐説話都超有禮貌，而且很貼心，還主動拿了電蚊香，室內環境設計感門面裝潢很特別很讓人喜歡。

來河南信陽辦公，發現這個酒店就好像發現了寶藏一樣，出門交通真的不要太便利啦,滿足了我出行的需求。房間寬敞明亮，商家還給貼心升級了高檔房間，洗澡的水壓大且熱水充足，這可能是酒店的基本配套，沒啥可新鮮的，但我想説的是同等價位沒有可以比過的，甚至説根本完全做不到，衞生很放心，每天都會有保潔在走廊裏噴灑消毒液，讓顧客住的放心。在這裏順便安利給出差或者旅行的小夥伴們，來了就選擇這家，肯定不踩雷，肯定不踩雷!最後感謝商家貼心服務，比心！

很愉快的一次入住，前台小哥人特別熱心，服務積極，主動給我們指引安排停車位置，幫忙按電梯帶到房間，感覺店家挺用心的。房間環境也是很好，感覺衞生，設施設備都很齊全。床墊軟硬適中，睡起來挺舒服的，還有免費小零食，晚上睡覺也不吵鬧，以後還會選擇再來的！
