房間很雅緻，房間窗子正對風景是漢江很漂亮。剛開始因為是新開張的酒店擔心甲醛，去了房間並沒有什麼氣味，酒店還因為我的擔心特別給拿了一個空氣凈化器。管家李小姐很體貼、細緻，幫忙接送拿行李，耐心回答問題，在我問到附近好吃的飯店還主動提出幫我預訂，看到長者年紀大還主動幫延時讓長者可以休息舒服些。其他服務員也很熱情，很推薦住這裏

After asking several times, they said that the opposite side had nothing to do with us. Anyway, it gave people a very bad feeling. If you can't park, you should actively help customers coordinate. If there is a self-paid parking lot opposite, you should inform them in advance. Even if there are no guests asking the front desk a question, you should talk to the front desk. I am speechless.
