Great location and very peaceful. Check-in process was abysmal and of course, zero English spoken. The rooms were quite nice and the breakfast buffet had some vegan options (it would be nice to see more). It would have been nice to be able to adjust the room temperature as it was sweltering.

I enjoyed my stay. The front desk service was very good. They treated me very well and explained everything. The pool was opened to my surprise, but when I enquired before booking I was told the pool is closed due to the pandemic, which didn't make sense because a negative nucleic acid test was required.
Breakfast was not so good this time around. I suggest they go back to a buffet set up in order to accommodate us foreigners who can't read the menu.

一次非常好的酒店住宿體驗，酒店坐落湖邊，環境幽靜，大廳寬闊養眼，住房舒適乾淨。
工作人員熱情有禮，見面必打招呼。因酒店吸引我又續住了一天，並給升級了住房 面朝湖水這邊。因需要些冰塊，服務人員及時送到。早餐也挺豐富，吃到了徐州的特色食品。總之，在徐州度過了三天兩夜的旅遊時光光。

入住徐州開元真的感受到了徐州人民的友好，酒店管家提前聯繫確定到店時間，又非常體貼的安排了湖景家庭房，是個很棒的套間，小朋友和長者都很喜歡。另外水果、飲品和小零食也是非常的貼心了，感謝感謝😊

酒店位置很好，就在雲龍湖邊，出行也方便，晚上很安靜，如意路上有很多大飯店，如果想吃本地特色可以去湖濱村那種老房子的地方。
酒店服務更是沒得説，整個酒店裡的服務人員都超級熱情，見面打招呼可以感受到是發自內心的熱情，酒店禮賓也特別熱情，幫忙放行李，幫忙開關車門，總之服務好的無話説
再説早餐，酒店為了遊客品嚐到徐州特色，準備了各種徐州早餐，辣湯，煎包，徐州米線，牛肉湯，洛饃，總之省去了東奔西走找特色早餐的時間，衹要入住酒店就能品嚐到徐州特色，這點真的很棒。
唯一缺點就是房間有點熱，開陽台門通風又沒有紗門，其他的都很好。會推薦給朋友們，日後再去徐州還會住在開元。

沒有最好，衹有更好
屋裡的燈光孩子説有點暗，看不清東西，可能現在年輕人好多眼睛都不好，哈哈哈，可以適當進步調整下燈光亮度的其實。
設施：設施保護的很好，沒有那種磕磕碰碰的爛角什麼的，噴淋花灑也都還不錯，熱水很持續。
衞生：衞生就看保潔服務態度就能知道，仔仔細細。
環境：落地窗加圍欄真的是很爽了。

雖然住的副樓，但是陽台對着雲龍湖，坐在陽台喝茶挺愜意！前台美女經理非常好，接待的熱情有耐心，包括出去吃飯介紹的挺詳細。來徐州還住這裏。
