房間進門有設定智能歡迎禮，開窗簾&開燈，我們是晚上到的，感覺很有安全感hh..
房間和圖片一樣，很乾凈，床墊也很舒服，投影儀種草了~還問了房東小姐姐型號.. 也想買一個。很清楚看着很贊。
位置麼，也okkk的，地鐵直達高鐵站。市中心和雲龍湖景區距離都不遠，樓下萬科商圈吃的也多，是個很棒的選擇哦

房間很乾凈温馨 那個鞦韆我兒子可我太喜歡了 房間設施很齊全 全屋智能特別方便 投影也特別清楚 交通便利地鐵站超市 餐廳 洗浴 各種都有 春節去的居然都不排隊 排隊也沒關係可以打包帶回家一邊看電影一邊吃 房東有問必答回覆迅速 以後來還住這兒

這個民宿是我和小狗住的那麼多徐州民宿裏唯一一個有點驚喜的，其他的要不是照騙要不就是角落全是灰塵衞生不乾淨，這家完全沒有這些情況
優點：床很舒服床墊很軟枕頭也不像有些民宿給一個薄薄的枕頭，可以躺着看電視
洗衣機有烘乾功能，因為你想曬衣服根本沒地方曬的烘乾功能可太實用了除非有些民宿有陽台，夏天還好下雨天和冬天簡直無限加分
馬桶，智能馬桶簡直是現代社會的進步！我是個糙男以前衹知道日本智能馬桶很多，覺得有點智商税上個廁所智不智能的有什麼關係，用過了才知道什麼是舒服什麼是體面，當它精準的洗到了pp的時候全身心都放鬆了起來直沖天靈蓋，我以後在也不説智商税了
裝修：照片就是原片，雖然房間不大但是也有好處，空調的作用面積會很快，裝修也不會有廉價感，瓷磚不會是那種常見的白色的，牆面也不是刷的那種白牆，很有質感整個裝修看着不會不舒服
電視：能投屏的網絡電視太實用了，比投影實用太多了，以前一直覺得有投影想看什麼看什麼，還得是電視啊，清晰度聲音不在一個層面上，也沒有投影儀的那種嚴重轟隆轟隆的聲音，4K清晰無比，電視很大，網速也很快基本沒卡過，連着網絡自己筆記本打遊戲賊爽
然後有幾個缺點也是要説一下的，就是洗澡的那個按鍵有時候會難按不出水需要自己摸規律我是習慣了，然後下面沒有封條，洗澡水有時候會溢出來洗久了，不過好歹它有出水口，還有洗臉枱也沒防水處理有時候洗臉會弄的周圍都是水，不過都是注意點就好了

隔音真的很差凌晨兩點多還能聽到馬路上車的聲音，樓上拉桌子的聲音，門鎖也有點壞，早上又有狗叫

📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]地理位置很方便，從火車站坐地鐵人民廣場站下來走五到十分鐘就到了。房間設施很新，打掃的很乾凈，採用的全屋智能很方便，房東回消息很快也很熱情，非常不錯的值得入住。

娃很喜歡，媳婦更喜歡。
我個人最喜歡按摩椅，娃兩個拍拍照，我這邊躺着曬個太陽，美滋滋。兒子很喜歡房間的電視，因為屏幕大！房間很喜歡，物業也挺認真的，萬科的物業，一樓有24 h保安，很負責任。管家也挺幽默風趣，很有意思，有問必答，回覆也挺快，還推薦了附近的好吃的，樓下好吃的確實挺多，懶得逛也能滿足口福。
娃娃睡著了，看個電影屏幕超大很爽。又是賺到了一天

交通便利，就在洪涯洞旁邊，主卧能看到江景!晚上可以直接看到洪涯洞，周圍遍佈了超級多的火鍋，去哪裡下樓就直接可以去了，超級划算，環境一級棒，很温馨，衞生乾淨，我的小夥伴看到房間都説我訂的超級好划算，性價比好高，管家超讚

房間大樣還行，就是有異味，新風系統沒有，房東説可以換房，嫌麻煩，想想也就算了。睡覺時床上有螞蟻。附近停車貴。優點是地理位置好，其他沒有了。

房間很寬敞很亮堂，投影屏幕很大，離地鐵走差不多1km，樓下有很多店面麥當勞米線包子什麼之類的，早飯也很好解決！！客服態度非常好👍👍
