The hotel we booked on Ctrip (deluxe double room). In the first room after arriving (8210), the TV couldn't be turned on and the desk lamp was out of order. We were moved to 8203. We asked about the sound insulation effect and they were told there was no sound at night. As a result, the sound of cars rang all night, and the sound insulation effect was extremely poor. At 9pm the next day (we were out for something, so it was late to change rooms. Thank you to the front desk). We asked the front desk to discuss changing to room 8308. As a result, there was no sound when the TV was turned on, the main chandelier in the room did not light up, and there was no socket at the bedside. This is It was the first time I used a power bank to charge in a hotel. In addition, the air conditioner failed overnight, the bath water temperature was not high the next day, the towels were damaged, and the sink was obviously not repaired. In the end, I really didn’t want to stay and checked out early.
