仿窯洞式的酒店度假村，房間很有特色，酒店裡設施齊全，餐廳飯菜量很大，夜景很漂亮，酒店還有泳池和動物觀賞區，停車場遇到了三衹遛彎的孔雀😄

我們到酒店已經很晚了，沒有看到酒店夜景比較可惜，酒店指總體景色是不錯的，但由於疏於維護吧，總感覺走到哪兒都透露着一點兒“衰敗”空盪的景象，服務人員出了酒店主樓大門基本看不到一個。酒店比較大，屬園林度假村式的酒店，但因為太大，導致去哪兒都不方便，更別提來酒店路上了，荒郊野嶺一點兒都不誇張！酒店電頻車就算是酒店住户也要另外掏錢，電頻車工作人員也牛哄哄的，愛坐不坐，就這個價，可能是因為老闆有固定的團體客户、政府團接待，所以無所謂我們這種散客吧。我們一家老老小小到酒店很晚了，還臨時加定了一間房，因為帶兩個孩子，便申請一下孩子是否可以贈送早餐，因為每個房間衹有兩個早餐，孩子正好多餘出來了，跟前台商量了很久，依然無解，住過那麼多五星酒店，這種房型沒辦法調劑，早餐一位都不能贈送、酒店任何娛樂設施都要另外收費的酒店真心第一次見。且泳池、水塘等地方環境自行腦補吧，臟亂差，水都是黃色的，太陽照射下都可以冒泡泡了…如果有對酒店項目要求較高的友友，請避雷吧。另，孩子早餐必須馬上交錢才能進去吃飯，劃在房費中離店結算都不可以，總之，感覺是他們管理層的問題，管理層真應該好好去學學現在酒店經營模式了。4星的住宿，3星的餐娛。

酒店位置真是在山裡啊，看着導航懷疑自己開錯了，直到開進酒店內部路才柳暗花明。娛樂設施是真的豐富，尤其是運動中心的室外籃球場，大大的贊。看場館的大叔特別熱情，還提供了籃球和白開水。

非常有特色的一家酒店，孩子説像城堡一樣，設施比較新，院子裏還有散養的孔雀。感謝貴賓樓前台的彩霞，親切服務周到，還送了自己做的生肖剪紙。延安之行很滿意！來酒店這邊一定要在太陽落山前，不然附近的路太黑了，自駕開過來有點考驗車技

距延安市區雖稍有距離，但是入住體驗特別好的一個酒店。
首先窯洞風格的房間就讓小朋友很喜歡，
其次小童遊樂場簡直平日裏想玩的都有大大滿足了玩耍的需求，
驚喜的是第二天早上起來發現酒店還有個小後山，早餐後散步還可以爬個小山坡，
最最感動的是，貴賓樓的服務人員 吳彩霞 大姐服務特別到位，雖然是女士，拉箱子送拖鞋跑腿忙碌，各項五星服務一項不落👍
最後臨退房還送小朋友手工剪紙，真是温暖🤩，車快開出車場還跑過來塞給幾瓶水，説天太熱讓路上解渴🌹🤤
説實話住了這麼多年酒店，很多五星酒店服務都沒有她這麼好👍，感覺到陝北人好熱情啊😁
推薦給所有的同學朋友，也建議公司在延安的同事以後搞團建就選這家酒店，找彩霞姐絕對不會差😁👍👍

第一次來延安抱着體驗窯洞房間訂的，價格一點不貴，整個酒店非常大像個度假村，整個貴賓樓就是按窯洞風格設計的，房間內很有意思，各種設施也比較舒服。酒店離南泥灣機場也近，趕飛機或落地後都適合排上行程🤓

環境真的很不錯，我第一次來延安，陪老公來培訓的，訂的就是翠泉，環境優美，空氣不錯，房內設施很好，工作人員也很好很負責熱情，酒店內有一個單獨的管家，劉雲芳小姐姐就很不錯，為人熱情，早上來不及吃早飯都是小姐姐給我送來的深怕我自己不夠，服務態度超級好的，極力推薦的哦
