Gorgeous hotel set in an ideal location. The hotel is just a 5 minute Didi ride from most of the local attractions such as, The Yancheng International Street, Water Street and the Yandu Wetland Park. It is everything you would expect from a Hilton Hotel..elegant and clean rooms with warm and friendly staff. The pool was clean and quiet (no raucous children) which was great. Breakfast was tasty. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is fully equipped and quiet at night. The front desk staff in the North Building has a good service attitude. Thank you for upgrading the room. Thank you for the gentleman with glasses. During the self-driving trip, my son wanted to swim, so he compared hotels in Lianyungang and Yancheng and chose this one. The result was unexpectedly good! The hotel feels like a five-star standard, with new hardware, very comfortable and clean. The swimming pool environment is good, the water is clear, and the transparent dome is very beautiful. It is really enjoyable to float on your back and feel relaxed. The software service is better, and the room attendants don't hesitate to give you this or that. From the front desk to the guest room to the fitness center, they are all smiling and the service is thoughtful and meticulous, making you feel like spring breeze. I left something in the room when I checked out. When I went back to pick it up, the front desk enthusiastically introduced the hotel brand. I didn't hesitate to join the company membership and found that the membership price was better. It's a pity that there aren't many hotel stores, otherwise we would have been able to identify his hotel.

The air conditioner was broken. It was turned on at 25 degrees for an hour and there was no movement. The front desk came over and adjusted it to 29 degrees and said it was OK. However, there was still no movement all night. It was as if it was not turned on. There was no consideration for the customer experience. He also said that all air conditioners have been inspected and confirmed to be in good condition. Even if the police were called to clean the filters, they pretended not to notice, insisting that there was nothing wrong with the air conditioners. The quilt cover had a smell. Since I was only staying for one night, I was too lazy to argue with the front desk. The breakfast was very average, but the aunt in charge of the breakfast was very enthusiastic.
