This is the mountain and sea residence, the hotel is right by the sea
I booked a sea view room
You can see the sea while lying down
I can see the sea when I sleep on the bed
I think I can touch the water as soon as I reach out
Atmospheric and simple
The equipment is so advanced
Front desk service is really five stars
At first I saw that the hotel is close to the beach and the sea. It seems that I didn't choose the wrong one. A great and very happy trip.

在路上我們在**看了很多家酒店，最後打電話諮詢了這家公寓，我們選的是全海景雙床房，房間衞生比較乾淨，床上用品比較新，我們就是諮詢過開業衹有2年才選擇這裏的，結果沒失望，工作人員比較熱情，我們都帶小孩，店家建議我們到瓦曬灣玩!第二天一早我們就來趕海啦瓦曬灣.海洋祕境是一個免費趕海地人真的超級多，每天的退潮時間不一樣可以先看好再前往P公路兩邊都可以免費停車，很多口子都能下去:我們就是在路邊租的工具12位置也好找灘塗非常大很平坦我們挖到很多豬肚螺螃蟹，本地人的趕海那真是收穫滿滿的，我們第一次趕海有這樣的收穫很滿意了!一定記得防曬啊真的紫外線還是超級強的!！

1.每天沒有服務人員打掃以及更換毛巾浴巾紙巾、扔垃圾房間，入住7晚沒有一次；加強自身運動；
2.房間空調沒有輔助加熱功能，冬季住宿容易感冒；記着多帶感冒葯哦，在陽台門關不嚴滴；
3.沙發脱皮，破裂，放置衣物也要小心哦，別給弄壞了；
4.商家頻繁索要五星點贊，要有愛心配合哦；
5.訂單一旦預訂，不能退訂，提前1天、提前3天、哪怕提前一個星期也不能撤單，任何理由都不行，哪怕颱風來了也不可以哦，不要破壞商家的預訂收入；
6.窗簾嘛，全是灰土，保潔清洗需要成本的，要有同情心；
7.酒店的硬件和軟件服務質量怎麼樣，看看B3整個棟幾十個房間僅僅入住不到幾個，晚上十點亮燈的就可以説明一些事情！

春節溢價可以理解，全國各景區都有這種現象。但衞生差的簡直有些離譜了，更別説什麼服務，辦入住去前台連人都找不到，打電話還很不耐煩，自駕出遊一個多月以來最差的入住體驗！沒有之一！

春節假期結束前錯峯出遊海陵島，酒店位置絕佳，樓下就是沙灘，遊玩南海一號博物館和大角灣景區都很方便，且有免費停車場。老闆很周到，還給免費升級豪華海景房。
