房間乾淨舒適，衞生間衞生乾淨沒有異味！房間地方大，房東真的很好，我雖然訂的是特價房給我升級到26樓全海景房，這種服務讓整個假期心情愉悦呀！枕頭也是軟軟的！可以好好的休息兩晚盡情的享受快樂時光！給超級的贊！下次一定再來！

旅客不多但是老闆很負責 提前電話聯繫了我們 停車費不貴而且出行非常方便 26層全海景無遮擋 下樓走幾分鐘就到了大海 附近便利店買點什麼也很方便 吃飯也有 環境很好 非常滿意的公寓體驗 設施都很齊全 沒有損壞的東西 下次還會再來～

一千多的酒店？怎麼能這麼差？？？
衞生：哪裡都是臟兮兮的！還有小蟲子🐛
環境：能看見海的不當不多、落地窗的門都是壞的！
設施：連哪裡的衣櫃門都是爛的、
服務：一千多的房間麻將還另外收費100？酒店的也不敢這樣啊，打開都是垃圾更離譜！！！！怎麼敢的！再也不要來這個地方

性價比巨高!!很滿意的一次入住體驗，一個人出行人生地不熟的情況下，辦理入住時幫忙免費升級的房型，對海陵島印象大加分!!
房間設施齊全，採光好，明亮，水壓大，温水熱水轉換得也很快。空間寬敞也很適合家庭出遊居住。雖然是海景房，但沒有太多潮濕的感覺，很乾爽，空調也很給力。
地理位置還蠻不錯的，樓下有餐廳、便利店。往外走幾十米就是十里銀灘，天氣好些的話躺床上就能直接看到日出。
工作人員也很貼心，響應快服務好，出現特殊情況也能給出明確合理的解決方案，第二天遇到強對流大雨天氣難出行的情況下還表示可以免費延時退房。非常推薦

房間寬敞，設施齊全，衞生良好，環境優良，服務非常熱情周到，就餐方便，公寓樓下就有很多美食。入住時天己黑，在陽台上看不出有什麼特別。早上起床一拉開門簾，哇！眼前一望無際的大海，甚至躺在床上就可以看到海上的漁船。真是超級無敵海景房！
