A very nice stay! Strongly recommended. The staff at front desk as well as the breakfast buffet are all super friendly and welcoming. Special thanks to Lingling who let us check out late and gave us a Westin branded stuffed toy as souvenir. We will definitely visit the hotel again.

The layout is also simple and generous, and it still has its own characteristics. Especially the dark green marble countertop, under the light and shadow, it looks as mysterious and deep as in the sea. The window frame also has a slightly irregular design, which reminds me of the bubbles in the sea. In short, if you look closely at the small details of the room, many places echo the elements of the sea. It can be said that the designer team is very attentive. The service is really as other reviews say, it's really good! Whether it's the front desk reception or the room service, or even the friends at the concierge, they are always smiling and can sense our needs in advance. For example, we checked in a little early and the room was not ready, but the little brother took the initiative to upgrade our room so that we could check in immediately. When we left, a staff member saw that we paused for a while, and immediately came forward to ask, and took the initiative to help us push the box, and took us to the elevator. In terms of sea view, the hotel in Golden Beach is better, but in other aspects, Westin is perfect. (But to be honest, Marriott's superior sea view room only has half a window to see the sea view. This half-wall and half-window prison experience is better off without sea view.)

The toilet is a TOTO smart dock with automatic opening. The electric curtains have a good shading effect and good sound insulation. You can hear the movement of the electric curtains next door. I booked a city view room, and the hotel upgraded it to a sea view room with a good view and close to the beach. However, the hotel is located in a development zone, and it is difficult to find small restaurants, fruit stalls, etc. around. I arrived at the hotel at more than 7 o'clock that day and ordered food at the Chinese restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. Three people, about 200 per person. The hotel is about 40 kilometers away from Yantai South Station, which is quite far. You need to reserve enough time to avoid traffic jams.

Then she asked me a ridiculous question, asking me where I saw the name of the dish! I didn’t even know what meals my hotel could provide! I said it was the all-day room delivery menu, and she asked me which page I was on! I just want to ask your hotel, have your employees received any training before they start work! The executive room courtesy, the service is completely unmatched, the waiter's hair is messy, and he walks listlessly. The hygiene and safety of the food is also a problem. The kitchen staff directly put the cut watermelon on the plate with their hands. One of the pieces fell directly on the table. The waiter picked it up and put it on the plate with the watermelon and took it out to the guest. Because the child was waiting to eat watermelon at the time, he saw this scene clearly. When I returned to the room and lifted the quilt, I saw a hair. I was really speechless. Do you really take good care of hygiene? ? ?
