櫃檯人員親切，也給予很多服務，像是寄存行李、代收包裹...等，最感謝的是 因要趕飛機，所以來不及吃早餐，櫃檯人員協助幫帶餐盒，真的很棒！房間乾淨且安靜，獲得了很好的睡眠，酒店裡的水果也很好吃，是個很棒的體驗，下次有來煙臺，還是會選擇在此入住！

酒店在寧波路與北京路的十字路口，交通很方便四通八達，周邊環境非常好，距離海邊很近，還有免費停車場，在三樓有住客休閑廊有桌球室和高爾夫球。Ricky服務熱情，早餐很好吃，設備設施齊全，房間內洗衣機、冰箱、微波爐、鍋碗瓢盆樣樣俱全~

酒店CP值很高
1.酒店服務人員服務很好，訓練有素。有外賣會讓機器人或是服務人員親自送上樓。
2.酒店新，設施都很不錯，有健身房和娛樂室，房間設施也很好：
（1）房間內有餐具、鍋碗，可能是安全性考量，沒有刀具和砧板，所以切水果做菜，要自己帶刀具。
（2）有沙發、桌子，使用筆記本都方便。
（3）有微波爐、冰箱、洗衣機，可以每天洗衣服。
3.早餐有現煮的麪、煎荷包蛋、雞蛋卷這樣的料理。
4.24小時提供免費咖啡。

非常喜歡👍 領導説一定要給個好評，裝修很新、房間還有洗衣機、冰箱微波爐、還有電飯鍋，可以做飯，特別感謝前台小姐姐Lucky，真的很貼心，發現小夥伴的手受傷送給了我們創可貼，今天退房還幫我們搬行李。

真的很意外，這個酒店真的很不錯。
雖然新酒店還有點點櫃子木頭的味道。但是服務真的沒話説！
第一時間覺得有點點味（我非常敏感）服務員給我送來了凈化器
帶着小朋友，自己想做點吃的，電飯煲也給我安排了。
沒有鹽巴，一個電話馬上到。
進門出門的問候，第一天入住的水果飲品，你們真的用心了....
下次來煙台定點入住 下次要品嚐一下你們的早餐，這次入住時沒定。
期待下次，再次特別感謝[耶]Ricky，你的細心及熱情，讓我有種賓至如歸的感覺。特別謝謝！

很推薦 前台態度也很好， 早餐也過得去，洗衣機帶烘乾，還能自己做飯唯一的問題是冰箱冷藏的東西也會凍起來～但是也是小事下次還會選你們的哈！
