Good location, near supermarkets, great public transports

The place is a bit far from the center, but there's a supermarket and a mall nearby. The building seems old and is in need for interior design updates. The bathroom smelled like bleach the first day. There wasn't much choice during breakfast. But I guess for the price I paid its reasonable.
It's a good option for budget travellers.

房間較大！被子挺乾淨的睡着很舒服！衞生也乾淨！早餐一般，周邊超市、購物方便！離市區打車軟件乘車8 00迪拉姆，摺合人民幣16元左右。酒店工作人員服務好，還幫助我們提行李上樓。

Второй раз останавливаемся в этом отеле. Всё хорошо, но вай фай работает нестабильно, часто отваливается сеть. Номера большие, чисто, нареканий нет.

К сожалению, оценить именно данный отель оказалось затруднительно. Да, лобби выглядит уютно, а администратор вежлив. Однако, по приезду сходу она сообщила о некой "проблеме с трубами" именно в моем номере (что как выясняется довольно распространенное выражение) и предложила переселится за их счет в другой отель. Справедливости ради, такси также было ими оплачено.
Yerevan Deluxe Hotel во многом брал именно из-за его удобного для меня расположения. В частности, в нескольких шагах проспект Комитаса, где имеется вся инфраструктура (рестораны, магазины и прочее). Новый же отель Nairi обособленно расположен среди одноэтажных частных домов на крутом склоне, ну и, несмотря на свои 4 звезды, предложил просто ужасный номер. Хотя это, конечно, уже совсем другая история...
