地理位置蠻好的、在水悦城商圈、下樓吃飯休閑娛樂都很方便、從酒店到宜昌市中心CBD、國貿、打車起步價差不多、再就是酒店的服務是真的好、服務員很細心、每天都有水果送到房間、酒店零壓房的床是真的很舒服、軟硬適中、洗澡間的淋浴水壓很大洗澡很暢快、我們離店後手機充電器忘在房間、酒店前台聯繫我們後還可以幫我們郵寄、這次入住體驗真的很贊、推薦水悦城酒店！平時懶得寫評價的我這次願意寫這麼多字真的是發自內心的覺得好！

早餐人滿為患 酒店管理有問題 明知道第二天有學生團隊退房，早餐人員服務人員不夠，食物補充不及時 甚至連坐的地方都沒有 差過大排檔。 我嚴重懷疑這個餐廳就是酒店員工的飯堂，明明位置不夠坐 還有員工大搖大擺坐在那裡吃飯。

酒店建築在高新區核心商業地帶，在一棟體量比較大的商業建築中，房間很大，床和枕頭是乳膠的，使人很放鬆。樓下就是水悦城商業中心，餐飲與購物都十分方便。

房間設施還比較全，按摩的（收費）、空氣凈化器、加濕器都有。房間很大，床也很大，床墊還蠻舒服，就是被子有點厚。整面的落地窗，可惜這一面沒啥風景。地理位子不錯，樓下就是水悦城商場，什麼都有。前台工作人員態度也很好，交通方便。

客觀説酒店服務還是不錯的，樓下就有很多吃飯的地方。但是住該酒店千萬要小心踩坑，圖一這個蘑菇，本身頭重腳輕放在桌邊，你如果一不小心掉地上了～賠800元，也不知道酒店制定賠償價格的依據是什麼？牆邊那一堆小電器什麼用途不重要，重要的是你準備好踩坑賠錢就可以了。
酒店經營的根本讓顧客體會到歸家般的良好體驗，而不是時刻準備好避免踩雷的戰戰兢兢。建議酒店轉變經營理念、撤去這些電器，特別是那個不知有什麼用途的800元賠償蘑菇。
