The staff are superb! Helpful and response promptly to requests. The welcoming drinks and tidbits plus the light, simple but warm supper was very thoughtful of the hotel.
The pick up/ drop off service from the railway station was excellent.

和其他城市秋果還是有差距的 ，清風機也沒有 ；
這個位置段 周邊啥配套都沒 這個服務壓根就不值這個價；哪裡有勇氣買四五百，打電話質詢房費説四百多 網上查的不到三百，電話問前台可以按網上價格再加一間，不行就不行 那個語氣真讓人接受不了；

1.我提前打電話諮詢，酒店前台説可以送到三峽遊客中心，到店被告知送不了。
2.深夜暖胃粥:19:30開始，19:40下去就衹剩下殘羹剩菜了，包子紅薯已經沒有。

衞生：衞生非常差！地毯上漆黑漆黑的，估計好多年都沒打掃清洗！寶寶還要爬上去玩，這麼臟的地方怎麼能玩？見過的最臟的酒店！

這次住宿特別滿意！1.環境乾淨，安靜。2.房間有許多特別温馨的設定，比如浴花，其他酒店都沒有；比如兩個床之間有個小隔斷，感覺很舒適。3.前台服務小姑娘（番茄小姐）熱情温和。我不會寄快遞，她耐心幫我辦理。我預留16元錢，沒用完，她還幫我轉過來。4.早餐環境優雅。
特別滿意的一次住宿，以後首選“秋果”。

服務一如既往的好，很喜歡在這家酒店入住。專車接送宜昌東站也十分方便，司機師傅服務態度好，很親切。相對於市區熱鬧程度來説，周圍不是特別方便，但是晚上睡覺很安靜，基本沒噪聲。總的來説是很值得住宿的。

這是我住過的性價比最高的酒店了。房間乾淨整潔，通風效果好，十幾度的天氣不開空調都不悶，無任何異味。還有很多智能設備，無論是小度還是智能馬桶，都科技感十足。酒店離東站非常近，參加了幾個旅行團都是在東站集合，步行過去也才十幾分鍾，開車5分鐘，非常方便。酒店還有接送站服務，總之體驗非常好！

一直對秋果印象很好，宜昌的這家離着東站很近，最方便的是有免費的接送站，前台包括接送司機態度都非常好，很貼心。房間衞生，條件不用説了，秋果一直做的都很好，信任滿意。中間參加了本地的旅遊團，回程又預訂了一日入住，休整一下。
