前台三位小姐姐分別是小玉，高原，苗苗。臨近退房的時候特意拜託了住客給評價一下。整體非常滿意，態度很不錯，房間暖和，乾淨。不足的地方是酒店設施相對老舊了，花灑水流也很小。作為老牌酒店，希望可以早日升級翻新。

非常好，從外地到伊春市出差，在網上看到這家不錯就訂了。酒店是老牌子了，但是衞生打掃的很乾凈整潔，沒有蟲子啥的，這一點是我個人住店最看重的。前台茵茵，小玉兩個小美女也很熱情，我個人喝水比較多還另外給了我幾瓶水。下次來伊春還住這。

周圍有點荒涼，離森林博物館很近，去市區開車需要10分鐘，適合自駕遊，停車夠大很方便，出行去各條公里和高速比較方便

以前叫西樓的時候來住過，那個時候還挺新的，酒店的基礎服務還不錯，工作人員素質都不錯，入住時前台的苗苗和高原小姐姐態度專業，早餐比和伊園好，房間略顯陳舊，位置都差不多，自家還是比較方便。我給你們推薦一下旅遊，景點打卡型去哪都可以，景色都行。如果就是隨心所欲型，就找個河邊，扎個帳篷，烤點小串，來壺茶水，看看河水發發呆最輕鬆。可以走一下烏帶公路，路上很好看。

當地比較好的酒店，規模也不錯，服務態度也很好。缺點就是設施有點老，中規中矩吧，總體還可以。在城邊，對自駕遊客比較友好。早餐還可以。
另外，伊春真是個被忽視的好地方，涼爽人少空氣好物價低，特別適合夏天度假旅遊。

很舒心快樂的一次住宿體驗，酒店設施齊全、乾淨整潔、舒適，酒店服務員服務態度非常好，不得不提郭苗苗和高原兩人在我們入住時就貼心的給我們提供了旅遊景點地圖、幫助我們預約出租車，臨走時還不忘給我帶上礦泉水路上喝，家人一樣的體貼入微，驅散了路途中的勞累，使得城市不再陌生，旅行更加安全愜意。酒店的早餐很棒，花樣齊全，滿足大家的各種需求。中餐廳性價比很高，可以省去找特色美食的麻煩。

一共住了六天，服務很好，前台幫忙打印和叫車，環境也很舒服，阿姨打掃衞生也很乾凈，還有餐廳，吃飯比較方便，可以訂餐送到房內，比較健康衞生，菜量很大，一個人根本吃不完！
