Perfect stay at this spacious hotel. Breakfast spread is fantastic. The hot spring is sooooo good that we almost didn’t want to go to bed. Will definitely come back to stay here if we go to yilan again :)

It's a wonderful stay in the hotel.
There's even a hot spring water bath in the room itself.
Breakfast is fabulous. Cafe staff's service is warm and welcoming.
Will definitely be back to stay here if visit again.
Strongly recommended for stay.

感謝 貴飯店美麗又親切櫃台的余小姐熱心服務，有問題即時反應，透過她幫我們解決。
此次入住房型很滿意，也沒有水壓或水溫不足情況發生，視野很好，夜景很美。
房間很大，免治馬桶、衛浴乾濕分離，有二個泡澡浴池
唯一美中不足的是，房內時不時會傳來類似鋼筋水泥熱漲冷縮的聲音，對於較淺眠的人而言有點困擾，但我先生完全不受影響。
早餐多樣選擇，用餐好像沒有時間限制，退房時間最遲為11:00

這是一間非常新的酒店，環境非常優美，相信是全羅東最大最高的酒店了。我們住在20樓，早上巧碰上台灣25年來最大的發生了7. 2級大地震，房間內杯碟都砸到地上，搖到很犀利，但房間絲毫無損，相信是新酒店有防震設計。心想幸好選擇了新酒店。
酒店距離火車站大約5分鐘步程，附近有不少食肆。在火車站附近有租機車，大約台幣400元一天，算是平宜。因為新酒店緣故，酒店房間，公共設施也非常好。頂樓的 top roof 酒吧，原打算翌日才去，怎料地震後，除了早餐的餐廳外其他的餐廳都不能開。
要讚一下酒店內的員工，在地震後第一時間安撫客人，特別早餐帶位的那位女員工，她真的很用心和貼心照顧客人，還不斷向客人道歉因地震引致的不便。相信這是酒店用心經營才能培養出這麽好的員工。下次來羅東我也會入住村却。
