Yuelan Mountain International Hotel

This stay experience can only be summed up in two words: on the first stop of my trip to Yinchuan, the hotel stepped on a big thunder. Originally, we decided to stay because of the newly opened hotel and its proximity to the Xixia Mausoleum. It turns out that this hotel only has two advantages. 1. The most dissatisfied and speechless thing is the mistake in booking a room. We booked a double bed and a twin bed, and the front desk had already confirmed it when we checked in. As a result, when we went upstairs and opened the door, we were given two rooms with twin beds. There is also one room next to a guest room that is being renovated, and it is very smelly. Went downstairs to change, which took about twenty minutes when there were no other guests. 2. After the replacement, one of the rooms could not open the door even after three attempts to open the card. The family members ran up and down and back three times. The staff didn't seem apologetic at all. 3. At around 8 o'clock in the evening, I called the guest room to ask for a pair of children's slippers. After waiting for nearly 20 minutes, they didn't come. When I called, they said that there was only one person on the night shift who was too busy. 4. There was body hair under the pillow. Due to it being very late and the hotel’s previous work efficiency, I could only sleep for one night. 5. The location is very remote, and there are no takeaways or convenience stores other than birthday cakes within five kilometers.

Because I travel by car, I like to live near the city, where parking is easy and there is no congestion. I also like to choose new hotels with clean and tidy facilities. There are not many reviews on the Internet, which is basically a blind selection. I didn't expect this hotel to be perfect! The location is a little out of the way, but not too far away. It only takes ten minutes to drive to the famous Huaiyuan Night Market. There is ample parking space. Especially suitable for self-driving tours. Facilities: Brand new. Not inferior to five stars! Hygiene: Very clean, the supplies smell fresh. Even the carpets in the corridors are exceptionally neat. In the morning, I met an aunt cleaning other rooms in the corridor. I saw that she even cleaned the balcony handrails carefully. Environment: Each room has a large balcony. It looks out to Helan Mountain. It has a wide view and a comfortable mood. There are no places to eat around. It is not recommended if you don't have a car. Service: The service staff are of high quality and have good attitudes. This hotel should have been established for internal activities of the Central Group. It has just been announced to the outside world. All hardware standards are very good. Details down to the room paper bags and laundry bags can be compared to five-star hotels. The breakfast tastes good, but because there may be too few people staying, there are very few categories, which is understandable, so as to avoid waste.

來銀川旅遊入住的第一家酒店，新酒店一切都很新，看得出來裝修和設備也是用心了，比如吹風機、牙刷、電動馬桶、加濕器等。房間空間還挺大的還有個陽台，環境也很乾凈，極簡風，服務態度也很好，前台小姐姐很棒～ 缺點是位置有一點偏，旁邊能吃的餐廳不是很多，要開車去，所以建議包早飯。但是離西夏皇陵還是很近的，入住建議過去。然後新酒店入住後還是建議開窗通風一下。

酒店環境和設施很不錯，服務也沒話説，房間整體色調簡單，也很乾凈，衞生非常好，尤其落地床看風景很好，非常貼心的安排了面相賀蘭山的房間，早餐也很nice，入住首選，也很豐盛、中西結合，口感很棒！諮詢景點時前台熱情地給我推薦了最方便的出行路線，還給我介紹了特色的小吃。

設施：非常完善 服務：服務態度非常出色，尤其是前台美女滕心茹和帥哥石柯，他們始終保持着親切的微笑，讓人感覺到充滿了耐心和關心，任何時候都能夠做到細緻入微，讓我感受到了家的温暖。

還不錯吧，房間乾淨整潔。就是前台有點死板。有一天我微信限額，我就説付現金，前台給我説，如果我要付現金，就不能給我按攜程的價格，房價就要上調。讓我感覺很無語。

新開的酒店，還是會有很多需要磨合調整的地方，比如一些小驚喜、小驚訝，哈哈哈！但是服務人員真的很熱情周到，酒店硬件也非常好，睡的舒服，陽台很贊，洗手間很棒！早餐雖然簡單，但是吃的健康開心，希望酒店繼續加油！

假期過來，君瀾大使莎莎接待，幫忙安排房間，房間寬敞，有機會再來。酒店有直達地鐵站的電梯很方便，早餐自助，款式很多可以選擇。
