The hotel has complete facilities, whether it is the gym or the restaurant, it can meet my needs. I checked in late on the day, so they prepared snacks and fruits for me. I was worried about the child's nap, and the late check-out was also solved. It was a very pleasant trip to Ningxia.

The hotel is located in a warehouse mechanical and electrical wholesale area in Yinchuan City, only three stops away from the highway intersection. Transportation is convenient. But after I stayed there, I felt that it felt like a four-star hotel, and that it was not up to a five-star hotel in every aspect. Except for the door greeter at the elevator entrance who was respectful to guests, I couldn't get greetings or smiles from other waiters. The parking lot is huge. Parking is easy. The breakfast was mediocre and not up to the standard of a five-star hotel. There are only a few types of bread. No jam yet. When I asked the waiter why there was no jam. The waiter said that their leader thought it would not look good if they put the jam on display, so they didn’t put it on display. Especially the hotel's hygiene is really unbearable. The hair from the previous guest is still in the bathtub, and the cigarette ashes from the previous guest are still on the carpet in the room. The corridor, bathroom, room floor, and carpet all look dirty. The room The window glass was also dirty. The decoration materials are also very ordinary plywood, just like ordinary express hotels. There are photos attached to what I just mentioned. If you rate it 4 stars, I won't say anything. But if you get 5 stars, you have to hold yourself to the standards of 5 stars. At least it should be 5-star in terms of hygiene and service. Otherwise, the five-star hotel will mislead us members to live in a five-star hotel and not get the five-star service.
