This is my first stay. The reception service at the front desk was warm and thoughtful. The staff bought Zhipeng and also gave us a loving breakfast. Thank you very much 😜 The room is clean and tidy. The overall effect is very good. Friends who come to Yinchuan can give it a try!

Didn't sleep well all night! ! *****! ! This is not a hotel. The temperature in the room is 30°. The window could not be opened at four o'clock in the morning. The result was an air conditioner. The sound was so loud that it was terrible. Oh my god, it's absolutely terrible. I would never choose this store. Please be careful. I stepped on a trap.

The hotel is quite grand, with a large lobby and large rooms. However, the hotel operation is stingy in every aspect. We stayed for two days and the two 2-meter beds can accommodate four people. In fact, there were three adults and one child. Breakfast was only given to two, and breakfast must be added. There are only two bottles of water in the room, 350ml. Check out at 14:00, and the room card cannot be used for the elevator at 13:30. The gym was dark with lights and the door closed, so it couldn't be used. There is a welcome fruit plate, which is 7 small tomatoes and two finger-long small plantains. You might as well give me two more bottles of water. The TV looked broken and had to be repaired three times. The WiFi signal is not good and the connection will be lost after a while. There is a woman at the front desk who always has a straight face and an expressionless face. Maybe the hotel owes wages, or it may have no cash flow, so it can save costs everywhere. Change hotels quickly! ! ! When this hotel changes operators, you can consider staying again.

I don’t want to give any points! What criteria does Ctrip use to give this hotel a five-star rating? How do you qualify for five stars in every aspect? The service ability at the front desk is so poor that I can't even understand check-in and check-out! The room was not clean either, the carpet was full of dirt! There is nothing to say about the breakfast. According to Ctrip's introduction, the standard breakfast is 68 yuan. Except for a few cold dishes, it is fried vegetables. There is almost no pasta and only the same bread. There is not even butter. Breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:00. At half past eight, there was almost no food in the restaurant, the jam and yogurt were all gone, and it was canceled before nine thirty! Had breakfast all day and never wanted to come back again! Moreover, when booking, it was said that the welcome fruit was worth 80 yuan, but when it arrived, I found out that it was just one orange ➕ six small tomatoes! I'm really speechless! If I didn’t think this hotel was closer to the airport, I would never have stayed at it!

I forgot the new Chanel facial cleanser I bought at the hotel. I called the hotel again and said I didn’t see it. I don’t know whether it was because the hotel management was loose or because the aunt who cleaned the room really threw it away, but I want to say that the bottle of facial cleanser is very big. How could it be that the aunt who cleaned the room just threw it away and it was brand new?

The hotel has a good environment and a large parking lot. Nowadays, it is very rare in the city of this size! The lobby is very grand and warm, especially the tea bar area. Sitting and drinking a little tea and reading a book, it has a unique flavor and excellent service. You can see the sweet smiles and cordial greetings of the service staff wherever you go. It is very heartwarming. The rooms are cleaned in a timely and clean manner. The breakfast dishes are diverse. My favorite is the Haggis soup, which is delicious 😁
