Strategically located, walking distance to train station, malls and eatery outlets. Breakfast served coffee is disappointing - not freshly brew, diluted, light in color and tasteless. In-room slipper is “Green Slipper” or “reusable slipper”. if taken, guest will be charge RMB 30.00, If left behind, wondering how they recycle it for next guest usage and ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the slipper!

Self-driving to Yinchuan, this hotel is convenient for parking, there is an underground parking lot, after checking in at the front desk, you can enter the underground parking lot with a card. After staying, I felt that the hotel was good and stayed for two nights. The room was clean, the bedding was clean, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is plenty of hot water. The breakfast is quite rich, mainly Chinese food, and the ramen is delicious. When I walked through the door I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome and offered refreshments. Both members who helped with the check-in process spoke English which was very helpful. Because my luggage was so heavy an employee escorted me to my room. My room was incredibly clean and even had extra sanitary items I could use to disinfect, im a bit OCD. The hotel had great food, both Chinese and western which was delivered to your room. There was also a gym stocked with all that you need to stay fit during your stay. There is an enormous lake just five minute walk with breathtaking views which can be seen with this review. My personal favourite part of my stay was their breakfast spread. Complete with pastries, omelets, breakfast cereals etc. If I find myself in Yinchuan again, this holiday express is where ill be staying.

Facilities: The old five-star hotel is trustworthy. The hotel lobby is spacious and bright. There were many wedding banquets when I checked in. The room is fully equipped. I was in a hurry to travel and forgot to take pictures. The bedding is also good. I like this kind of bed that is not particularly soft!

Due to an emergency while we were visiting the area we needed to quickly find a hotel. Luckily this hotel was very close and had very reasonable rates. Check in was quick and easy (even for foreigners).
The room was spacious and had all the amenities you need or want in a hotel. Everything was clean and we had no complaints.
Breakfast is served at the usual time and consists mainly of Chinese food but it did also have western breakfast items such as toast, cereal, etc

I anxiously returned to the hotel and asked the front desk, saying they had made a mistake. Because I ordered it on another platform and he didn't see it. What's even weirder is that we are asked to pay the deposit again when we check out. That is to say, I have to pay the room twice for this night, and then he will refund me once. At night I ordered a tiramisu but the restaurant told me they are in out of stock. If you are running out of stock you can delist the related products.
You should definitely try the lamb soup. It was very delicious.

I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

Check in was a little slow but otherwise the staff were friendly and helpful. A small grocery story attached to the hotel is very convenient. Good food close by. The room was very spacious and clean. I read the reviews and they were very true. So I came to this hotel and completed the check-in. After checking in, I asked the front desk staff if I could watch the TV. Because my companions had to watch Qing Yu Nian, they asked the waiter to adjust it for us. There was definitely a small problem with the shower the next day, so we reported it to Xiao Luo at the front desk. When we returned to the room after playing, and used the shower, it had been adjusted, everything was responded to, everything was taken care of, and the service attitude was very good. As night falls, the scenery outside the hotel becomes more and more beautiful. For people who have been busy all day, only by returning to the room can they truly get physical and mental comfort. TTravisBeautiful hotel in a great location. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Frank was so attentive to our needs and always checked that we had enough food and drinks. Erica and Jiselle at the Front Desk were especially helpful with checkout. The rooms were very hot (30 degrees Celsius) and the hotel staff tried their best to fix but it but because it is centrally controlled and they said they couldn’t do anything about it. They offered to switch to a slightly cooler room but there weren’t two rooms together. Everything else was great. The pool and pool staff were fantastic. The hotel is walking distance from the Ningxia Museum, som beautiful parks, and a nice shopping mall and restaurants.

Environment: The location is first-rate. The only pity is that when we went there, the sky was not good and it was rainy and we couldn't see the Helan Mountains.
Service: I can only say that the service staff is uneven overall. The best service is breakfast and the lobby bar at Jianshan.
Hygiene: The scale in the kettle is still serious, and the rest is within the normal range.
Hotel activities: You can go to their farm to feed the small animals. Due to the weather and because I was afraid of the strong smell, I didn't go. Later I regretted it a little.

Let me talk about what made me uncomfortable
1. I suggest that the hotel can add emergency vehicles. My husband had abdominal pain in the middle of the night. We tried to take a taxi for half an hour but couldn't get one. I wanted to ask if the hotel could arrange a car to take him to the hospital. I was told that they could only help book a taxi that cooperates with the hotel. However, because it was estimated that there would be no orders in the middle of the night, the final suggestion to me was to call 120
Although I drove by myself, it was a bit rainy at the time. It was nearly 30 kilometers from the hotel to the nearest hospital. There was a section of the rural road outside the hotel that was muddy and stone and had no street lights. I didn't consider driving at the first time because I was afraid of making mistakes in the chaos and I was not familiar with the road conditions. It took me about an hour to drive to the hospital
2. I broke a cup when I was washing it I left a teacup lid and told the hotel to arrange for someone to clean it up. The guy who came in took photos right away, then asked me where the rest of the cup was, and continued taking photos. After a series of times, he finally cleaned up the broken pieces. No one asked me if I was injured. When I checked out, I asked for compensation. The hotel told me that they wanted to compensate for the whole set, which normally costs 298. They just gave me the purchase price of 98. I searched Taobao for the approximate price of this cup before. As long as the compensation is not outrageous, I think it is acceptable. However, the price difference is close to 70. I said I could pay 98, but the hotel needed to show me a compensation certificate and a price composition. Public notice, I guess the lady at the front desk thought I was being unreasonable and said no, because I went back to the hotel to pack up and check out, my husband was still in the hospital, so I chose to leave first. Afterwards, I bought the same tea cup on Taobao and sent it to the hotel, please check it.
3. The hotel advertises that it has its own winery, and there is a lounge in the lobby. I wanted to buy two to drink in the evening. I saw that I could taste it.
