房間位於懷素湖邊，鬧中取靜，有院子，比較清凈。設施比較簡約，入門左邊一窄櫃（掛衣服衹能側斜）連着燒水壺置桌；右側洗漱間（與房間隔牆中間用玻璃窗隔），沐浴與洗漱有玻璃分隔。大床房靠窗邊有小茶几和兩張坐椅。床兩邊有牀頭櫃，右側牀頭櫃邊是簡易木板桌面。床正對電視。燈光夠亮。座廁旁一股尿騷味，用花灑將牆面和地板全沖了個遍後才消失。馬桶沖水要按長時間點。
