地點就在岳陽樓景區對面，沿汴河街直接走到景區非常方便，湖景房也可以看到洞庭湖，走到廣場或岳陽樓景區都可以看到洞庭夕陽，服務員打掃非常認真，晚上還送了銀耳羹，房間比較寬敞，衹是衞生間地面與房間地面有點高，要小心一點。

酒店前台服務貼心，客房乾淨整潔，位置好，交通方便視野棒👍，樓下就是巴陵廣場，遊覽岳陽區景點特別方便。湖景房在客房內就可看到洞庭湖和瞻岳樓，幾分鐘路就到汴河街，再往前就是巴陵勝景岳陽樓景區，周邊文廟古寺等。白天熱鬧，晚上十一點後休息就很安靜了。很滿意，點贊！

本來看有的評價説衞生情況不好訂的時候還有點忐忑，但是到了後發現衞生搞得很乾凈，位置優越，前台小妹妹服務態度也非常好，小朋友還有貼心小禮品，因為下雨退房時間延遲了也沒有另外收取任何費用，下次來岳陽還住這裏

房間很大，乾淨衞生，陽台可以觀廣場和洞庭湖景，離汴河商業街很近，樓下還有幾家不錯的餐廳。步行到岳陽樓大概十分鐘。酒店停車方便，入住辦理快捷，還有很多小細節做的好。我最近幾天感冒咳嗽痰多，幸好洗手間有個小垃圾桶可以放床頭，解決了大問題。唯一的缺點是離廣場近，窗外比較吵，但晚九點以後漸漸安靜，不影響睡眠。

非常好的一次住宿體驗，房間整潔舒適，清掃保潔及時，服務人員態度和藹友善。周邊環境極好，出門就是巴陵廣場，幾家飯店都不錯，再幾步就到汴河街，岳陽樓，簡直太方便啦！晚上廣場上熱鬧起來，有各種小吃零食，玩樂的天地，散場後收拾的乾乾淨淨！管理相當好！

帶着父母出來玩。首先，地理位置真的好，就在巴陵廣場，步行到岳陽樓就可以，附近吃的很多，晚上還可以看夜景，不用出門。其次，衞生挺好，大床真的很舒服。第三，服務好，態度真的挺好，還提供洗衣烘衣服務，而且服務人員不管問什麼，麻煩他們幹什麼，都很耐心，還一句一個人應該的，很舒服。晚上提供免費銀耳湯，可以免費停車，地下停車場上三樓正好。

房間大，可以帶寵物，景觀房，帶陽台，樓下是巴陵廣場。遠眺洞庭湖，夜景好看，汴河街吃吃小吃，離岳陽樓近。服務態度好。晚上入住提供免費甜品，免費檸檬茶，爆米花。

酒店離岳陽樓非常近，門口是洞庭湖大廣場，離汴河街近在咫尺，位置極佳。樓下就是地下車庫，免費停車。最讚的是酒店服務和衞生，乾淨温馨，帶洗衣烘乾，晚上送銀耳羹和綠豆湯。服務意識很到位。附近吃飯很方便，旁邊的一家KFC早餐非常實惠，幾乎是5折。
