I came to Hangzhou for business twice in a row and stayed at the Wyndham Garden Hotel. The service was great, the room was comfortable, and the view from the window was great. 給外國客人定的酒店，大堂高挑氣派，位置靠萬達廣場，乾淨整潔，入住後步行對面吃飯，因為下雨天服務員一起送雨傘到門口，服務不錯

房間住的非常滿意，前台小哥哥小姐姐們服務的特別好，來這住了兩次，很滿意，特別pepper服務到位，有問題找她總是第一時間響應並解決，給她的服務點贊。酒店位置不錯，出行很方便，離地鐵站又近，附近還有萬達可以逛；酒店大廳寬敞明亮，背景牆很漂亮，香薰很好聞；房間安排在21樓，視野好，風景好，落地窗超級漂亮；房間衞生乾淨，床品舒服，浴袍方便又好用，設別設施齊全，超級喜歡，長者孩子都喜歡，強烈推薦！！！

入住體驗很好，房間很乾凈，窗户隔音很好，一點都聽不到外面車裡的聲音，服務很周到因為考試需要 前台幫忙延遲到兩點退房，特別體貼！！真的特別推薦！！！位置也好，離地鐵很近很方便 對面就是萬達廣場。

無法理解… 凌晨一點我點了一份外賣 外賣送到後一個小時還沒送到房間 我就打電話問前台 前台告訴我前面還有四單在排隊 （注意此時為凌晨一點 我想請問到底有多少的外賣等了一個小時了前面還有四單在排隊 甚至點的是冰的東西我估計都化了 等那就等吧 結果最後到了第二天早上退房 我都沒見到我的外賣 我消失的外賣去哪了？ 首先我想質疑凌晨一點真的有這麼忙嗎 如果真的這麼忙機器人不夠送不可以人工送嗎 沒人送不可以説一聲讓我們自己下去拿嗎 甚至最後直接消失了一點訊息都沒有是為什麼？ 甚至當時我的朋友洗了頭要吹頭髮 吹風機一會能用一會不能用 打了電話説回來房間看看 結果等了好長時間 頭髮都幹了 人還沒來 最後甚至就壓根沒來 這是什麼服務啊我請問

前台cici 服務響應很快，地理位置很好，離地鐵站很近，打車，出行都很方便，商務出差很不錯，房間設施完善！
