房間很乾凈 卧具潔白 有小杜 離火車站超級近 樓下早餐有牛肉麪 還有地下停車場 由於我們是12.0多到的 可能打擾了前台休息 有點不高興 玉門不大 特別值得推薦 希望前台注意調整情緒 多多培訓一下 畢竟前台人員是酒店的門面

我在這酒店入住5-6天了，酒店距離火車站100米左右，樓下有飯店有超市，距離吉祥湖也很近，晚上睡不着或吃完飯可以去溜達溜達，每天收拾衞生保潔美女也很認真，電梯顯示六樓還有足療，前台美女服務也很到位，經理做事暖心，總之感覺挺好，非常滿意！

我真的不想説什麼了，地毯上全是辣椒油，土，桌子上也是，然後床頭兩邊插座用不了，床單上都是頭髮，讓換還要不情不願的先檢查，關鍵換了的又沾着土，最最最噁心的來了，床頭櫃上有避孕套的油沒有收拾，我真的醉了，你們酒店不擦桌子嗎？這種程度也敢讓客人住，萬一有傳染病呢？大家酌情看吧，裝修看着的確迷惑人

本來衹是路過，但是房間很舒適又乾淨，就休整兩三天，玉門美食也很多，羊肉好吃，小城節奏慢，前台小姐姐很美又耐心。玉門入住的不二之選

玉門站門口特別方便，非常適合商務差旅、假期旅行、親子出遊等來回旅程，一出火車站就能看到步行100米，當時是早上七點多的高鐵，頭一晚就入住了這家店，乾淨衞生環境好，樓下還有牛肉麪店24小時營業。

3月26下午前台女員工態度真的極差，欠她什麼一樣，拉着個臉，態度説話態度特別差，顧客有個啥事完全沒有商量的餘地，顧客多問一句，她就好像是領導準備訓話，吹鬍子瞪眼的，她是酒店的老闆嗎還是老闆的女兒親戚？如果不是，她為什麼坐前台，我不理解，酒店管理人員看到了希望整頓一下，酒店內部衞生也希望重視一下，真的感覺價不配位了，收這個價，就要有這個服務呢，做服務行業的就不要裝大爺了，很差的一次體驗，除了有個音控智能音響，弄個物聯網就高級了嗎？衞生就可以不重視？態度就可以盛氣凌人？希望整頓一下，第一次遇到這樣的體驗我寫這麼多字給你們評價，下一次也就懶得打字了，有投訴電話的

酒店就在火車站門口，周圍吃飯的地方不多，不是很繁華，衞生還可以，小度智能操控很方便，要是換個智能馬桶就更好了
