誇誇服務小哥哥小姐姐們還有保潔阿姨服務都很好很熱心，酒店的環境很贊，拍照很出片 意想不到的是飯菜也很好吃！本來覺得這裏衹是住個環境，對正餐沒抱有什麼期待，想不到整體出品和性價比都比那些景區農家樂好多了！ 總體是非常滿意的住宿體驗！

一般很少評價評價，這個酒店在島上，外觀非常漂亮，內部房間設施一般，但勝在工作人員服務不錯，我們第二天早上看到了雲海，有個泳池可以划船，小朋友非常開心，自然環境非常推薦。

有華住會會員但是因為預訂渠道原因並不能享受，酒店還是非常厚道的，我定了兩間房，給送了早餐和歡迎水果。酒店前一天會有管家聯繫並添加微信，發你入住流程，車是開到一個碼頭，每天差不多是半小時一班，但是因為人少其實你跟酒店越好就會有船專門等你，達到島嶼後會有接駁車把你接到大堂。 歡迎水果比紅綠燈略勝一籌，房間佈局不太合理也許是因為這個酒店結構的原因，開門就有兩個台階要注意摔倒，房間面積並不大，坐在馬桶廁所的門關上幾乎可以碰到頭，陽台格外的大幾乎和房間一樣，我感覺似乎可以利用起來否則顯得很浪費且空曠。 早餐並不豐盛，沒有現煮的麪檔等，口味也一般，可能是因為人也少的緣故吧，當天連我一共就十來個人。晚餐需要提前一天告知酒店，上島的時候看到廚師在島周邊問撐着船的漁民買魚，在現場現殺，真新鮮～我們當天買了KFC帶進去，酒店幫我們熱了一下還給擺了個盤，好評。 總結：衹能是酒店的位置得天獨厚，設計理念也很新穎，但是硬件和裸心的差距較大，硬件看起來類似部分4P這種吧，服務引進花間堂之後確實還不錯也可能是因為真的人少。推薦可以現在打卡一下，價格比較低，後期仙宮景區發展起來就貴了。

酒店設施陳舊，房間有異味，這些都不重要。體驗特別差的是酒店人為給住客帶來很多麻煩，預訂後就有管家加微信，我們提前好幾天點了菜，預訂了晚上6點用餐，結果當天6點到了餐廳説沒位置了，説了我們是預訂過的，還是説沒位置。旁邊包廂都空着，服務人員也不安排就餐，就讓我們等着。等到將近7點才安排用餐。第二天退房，大家都很守時10點45之前都登船準備出發，可是到52分還不開船，船上有住客催促開船，但是酒店還讓我們等，等那些不守時的客人，完全不顧我們遵守時間客人的感受，連一句抱歉都沒有。船上7個人，等那遲到的5個人，又是下雨天，下船的時候那5個人還要搶着下船，被他們行李箱撞了一下，導致我在下船的時候摔了一跤，心情更差。這一系列的事情，都是酒店制定規則，但自己又破壞規則導致的。既然船有時刻表，為什麼要大家等來等去，遲到的人等下一班船就好了，為什麼可以不詢問一下大家的意見就讓一船人無止境的等？住過服務最差的酒店，沒有之一。
