Not satisfied with the hotel’s taxi service. It cost me a total of 55 euros to drive to the airport for ten minutes.

Unfortunately this hotel is not a 5* platinum hotel as advertised The main reception is nice as are the toilets. Staff were always pleasant enough The food was good but always Luke warm A la carte restaurants were good. But as soon as you were served your starter out came your main too. Not ideal The grounds are in dire need of been seen too The drinks were OK Entertainment was really poor not what you expect in a 5* hotel We are frequent travellers and have been in many 5* hotels this hotel does not live up to that Bedroom was OK, bed comfy Air con great The bathroom well the shower door you could only open so far as it hit off the shower head. We did complain Maintenance came up and changed the shower head and said could not do anything about the door Waste of time The water pressure was awful as many people complained about too and the amount of mould that was in the bathrooms too Our shower door was coming away from it's hinge at the bottom Don't know how this hotel manged to be a 5* We would not come back Out and about is very dirty. Lots of rubbish lying about

We only dropped in for a three day break but what a lovely place!!! The staff couldn't have been any friendlier, the food was amazing, the grounds were lovely, the room had a sea view and was spotless. The room cleaning service was superb and the..... Everything was just perfect. The beach was lovely and the whole place had a lovely relaxed atmosphere. I'd go back in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel.

We booked this through easyjet and arrived with no issues at around 1pm to be met off the transfer by a charming receptionist who bought in our cases, we were shown to some comfy sofas and offered a drink prior to booking in. All were friendly and efficient, and our bags were taken to our room, which was given a free upgrade with a sea view. The room. The size was adequate for us as a couple, and although we are very open, we were slightly baffled with the shower in the room, something maybe friends on holiday wouldn't appreciate. The lighting in the room was ok for me, but my wife struggled applying makeup in the evenings, there was a small led light/mirror that had no batteries, but this was swiftly rectified by the reception staff when informed, this did help slightly. All complementary toiletries were a nice touch, as were robes and slippers. The bed was very comfortable, and the cleaners serviced the room every day to a high standard, but it felt like they were getting earlier each day! The restaurants.... The food tasted amazing every day - although it could be a little warmer, and all the staff were friendly and courteous, Kostas was always smiling and always had time for everyone! We tried the specialist restaurants too, the Italian was wonderful as was the Griglia and is a must! The pool area was kept clean, as was everywhere else, and there was always a sunbed free, and there were always clean beach towels. Although it was towards the end of the season, the only letdown was the entertainment on some nights or lack of. Overall, it was one of the most relaxing holidays we have ever had. Thankyou

We visited this hotel a few years ago before it was Domes Aulus so we knew the location and beach were great. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated - however I think sometimes the style of something has been considered to be more important than its use. The rooms are beautiful but there is such limited storage that we couldn’t really unpack and our stuff was everywhere with no organisation! Some drawers, shelves and even some hooks would help. Food was great in main buffet - staff were helpful and worked hard. Meze restaurant good, staff not quite as attentive. Drinks in the bar were fabulous - great cocktails Drinks at beach bar - awful - we didn’t understand how they could be so different, worst cocktails we ever tried View from room, one of the best sea views we ever had - room 510 Bathroom - one of the smallest ever! Shower space good though There are some nice extras, full size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand wash, only used the hand wash, nice quality. Bath robes, slippers, toothbrushes & bits of pieces you might need or forgotten. Sunbeds were always available - could do with pads on - felt quite hard. Loads of beach towels available which was great. Would we visit again - we would - but would hope for a few improvements for this to be a 5 star.

This hotel is marketed as 5* but falls short in quite a few areas. It doesn’t quite have the 5* feel you expect. The inside of the hotel gives a modern vibe but the gardens let the hotel down They are definitely not green as a previous review claimed. The grass is parched and some areas are just dry mud. Other hotels in Greece have beautiful garden. The pool is tiny for the size of the hotel. Not an area for adults wanting to chill as the pool was full of very young children with their parents keeping them occupied. The bar staff work hard but some days only 1 member of staff for a few hours resulting in queues. No water bottles available in fridges or available on the bar to pick up when needed. We had to queue behind people ordering cocktails just to get water. Considering the beachfront is a conservation area, there was lots of rubbish on the beach, cling film, plastic, things that would be dangerous for the nesting turtles. The sea is lovely, warm and clear. The beach area used for sun bathing had plenty of sun loungers and there was never a problem finding free beds. No waiter service available on the beach area. The food in the buffet restaurant was not hot enough for me and at some sittings was cold but we always found something nice to eat. In other hotels at breakfast you are served with tea or coffee but you had to queue at a machine which isn’t what you would expect in a 5* hotel. The Al A Carte restaurants were a nice change to the buffett restaurant. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly although not a lot of information given to us when first checked in. The room was small but adequate and cleaned everyday. The only small gripe was there was no light in the main area of the bedroom, only in the bathroom and bedside area. The view from the room was not the best but we didn’t spend a great deal of time in the room. The outside bar area is nice during the day to relax with a drink. The night time entertainment was really poor and we took our drinks to sit on the balcony and listen to our own music. We went into Zante town which had some lovely restaurants and bars. We’ve stayed in 5* hotels and this just doesn’t have what you expect for the price you pay.

We stayed in Domes in August 2024 for a week, two adults and two teenage daughters. The hotel is well designed and the staff courteous and helpful. From previous experience however, it is not a 5 star despite the beach location, being let down on details like not wiping tables by the sun beds daily, little bits of maintenance here and there, nothing major but when you walk around you do not feel that you are in a 5 star. Praise certainly goes to the photographer for the website, reality unfortunately did not match the photos. The Good Despite reviews, sun beds are NOT a problem. I’m an early riser and had my pick daily, yes the premium and pool side beds go first but there’s plenty to go around. We easily found some after our day trip at 16:00. Food is well prepared and excellent quality, it is a smaller hotel so variation not the same as the larger hotels but we always ate well. There were occasional queues at the bar in the evening with only a couple of staff, but all inclusive drinks were good and they didn’t scrimp on the alcohol, I can recommend the negroni! Location was fine for a week, really loved walking along the sandy beach to see how many turtles hatched overnight at around 07:00. Not much to do in the area in the evening, a few bars and restaurants. A trip into Zante town one evening is recommended, taxis were around €18 and easy enough to find. Definitely recommend a boat trip whilst you’re in Zante, we did a yacht beach trip via TUI and had a great time, despite the choppy waters. Rooms were clean and tidy, albeit much smaller than 5 star hotels stayed in previously. We had a couple of issues but maintenance came and fixed within an hour. The Bad Book the A la carte restaurants as soon as you have your room number. We arrived on Sunday and literally as soon as we received our room number went on line to make reservations, first available being the Friday night. All were nice, but our favourite was the Griglia by the beach was amazing! Very little entertainment for adults/teenagers, we were not expecting much but made our own… as I said earlier the negronis were excellent! The hotel is very close to the airport, some guests didn’t like this but it didn’t bother us and quite enjoyed watching the planes come in. Being a small island there were not too many planes coming in. Overall we did have a lovely week, we would struggle staying at the hotel for longer and I felt a little that I overpaid for the break but if you get it for the right price you’ll have a nice time

Tiny room with one drawer. Shower was disgusting. No handle to close it when you’re inside. Food mostly ok but often cold . Salads excellent. Meat mostly tough. Entertainment fairly non existent, a couple of singers, some Greek dancing and a dj. Hotel is in a good location .spirits didn’t seem very strong . Still had a lovely holiday. Bring beach shoes, sand is very hot and stoney on the waters edge.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. From check in to check out the staff were extremely attentive. The food is absolutely delicious and a shoutout to Meze, which is gorgeous for lunch. Clean and comfortable rooms, yes a little on the small side, but you’re not in them for long. Great location with easy access in to Laganas and Zante old town. A couple of shout outs. 1. The lifeguard - he is amazing and so helpful, he made sure all guests that wanted to be was under shade. 2. The bar manager at Oikia - we did a cocktail class, he is super engaging and really knowledge. His customer service and cocktail skills are second to none. 3. Reception - knew who we were and couldn’t do enough to help. Overall we had a fantastic holiday, made by the staff at this hotel. A couple of gripes - Lianolia is not an all day restaurant (not that we found) but does have snacks. There were no BBQ or geek nights due to the EUROS - not sure why and we would have loved this. Housekeeping are brilliant but need to make sure rooms are cleaned and not left till 6-7pm As an all inclusive I would expect soft drinks in the mini bar or at least be able to take bottles (which are available at the bar) up to my room. This didn’t spoil our holiday, but would be been perfect with the above.
