因遇泥石流，晚上約凌晨01：00到澤普，時間較晚，入住房間後，發現房間空調損壞，一直反饋，直到早上8：00才予以調換房間，一晚上都是大汗淋漓，真的無語！給澤普縣的相關領導反饋並協調，酒店也沒有立即處理！

金胡楊酒店是澤普縣檔次高的酒店之一，外觀大氣，內部設計合理，房間衞生乾淨，服務態度很好，早餐豐富，方便停車，各種洗漱用品齊全，性價比很高，推薦旅遊者入住。酒店外觀忘記照了。

抱着訂貴一點的酒店設施應該齊全，沒想到這麼大一個酒店，電路設施真的是無語的了，開的第一間房就是沒有電，後面前台換一間，那種到處是開關，還打不開，還得找總開關，一般的酒店就是直接叉卡，其它都搞定，還要水，洗的時熱時冷，雖然是夏天，但是還是冷啊，另外，水槽的那個堵水的也打不開，最後那個窗户看着我也是服氣的，好小好小，完全不通風，酒店的費用比一些大城市還貴，但是各種硬件設施跟不上。

房間寬敞，温度好，一進到酒店感覺很暖和，經常住金湖楊酒店，但這次來到酒店還有人拉行李，服務提升了感覺很不錯。澤普金湖楊國際酒店雖説是四星級，可價格真的很便宜。早餐很豐富。值得推薦！

昨天凌晨三點鐘給前台打電話送東西，態度很好，也沒有因為太晚而覺得不耐煩。

上個月來了兩次都沒有訂上房間。酒店很大氣，停車太方便了。從辦入住到進房間，感覺挺好。前台耐心講解温馨提示，早餐時間什麼的。有地暖和中央空調，服務員態度很好。極力推薦

睡覺時突然發現頭頂有莫名的幹鼻屎粘在床頭木頭上，瞬間噁心壞了，讓換房間，等了快一個小時愣是沒換，打電話催了才不情願給換的
