The Spring Festival family traveled to Zhangzhou , the hotel is in a good location, there is a shopping mall next to it, the hotel has a special parking area, and it is convenient to eat. The front desk service is very warm, the room is good, the LOFT big bed room has a big tea table, and the family drinks tea at night to eat and watch TV. The hotel also sent disposable bath towels and local specialties, the snacks are quite delicious.

The West Bank Zhixiang Hotel is really good and recommended to everyone. Booked three rooms, the front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the proprietress went to the ancient city to taste the meticulous travel guide made after the taste. The room facilities are very new, smoking is better, there is no smelly smoke, the bed is very comfortable, disposable towels, slippers, toiletries are all available. Sound insulation is OK, it is very friendly for people like me who sleep lightly, unless the corridor is very loud or the room is at the door of the room, it is much better than the youth hotel near the ancient city where I lived before. Breakfast is simple, but the nutrition is comprehensive and tastes good. When checking out, I negotiated with the beauty at the front desk to delay a room for us to put our luggage to rest until five o'clock. She readily agreed and enthusiastically guided us to the travel route. I must give a big praise 👍. Thank you very much 🙏. I don’t have much to say about the big family. Look at the picture and take a real shot. The tatami room forgot to take pictures. The room facilities and appearance are the same as the pictures of the hotel. You can rest assured to book.

It was a great time the room is so quiet and comfortable I’m a foreigner just can’t speak Chinese very well but staff tried best to speak English to me I really appreciate over all its a great experience service attitude or really good very friendly polite and one thing there’s no any restaurant near around the place if you want to stay in this hotel remember to eat first then come this hotel

AAnonymous UserTransportation: It is very close to the sea. It takes less than ten minutes to ride the Jinluwan Beach. The best place to watch the sunrise on Dongshan Island's net red mirror beach (seafood stalls and snack streets everywhere), and it takes ten minutes to ride the Nanyu Lighthouse in Nanling Bay.
Room: The old house is remodeled while retaining the simple atmosphere of the house, especially this tile roof, which unconsciously relaxes. At night, lie on your own terrace chair to watch the starry sky, breathe with 100 points of oxygen 👍👍👍
Every detail of the house is very careful, there are commonly used slippers and disposable slippers, there is a desk, and free hanging ear coffee, mineral water and tea. The shower gel shampoo is still very good, and a faint fragrance is very comfortable when you enter the door. The bedding is also very comfortable, with a high and low pillow.
There is a swimming pool on the first floor to soak in water, and the children are particularly happy to play in the water. There is also breakfast, proper local characteristics. In the evening, drink a little wine under two hundred-year-old banyan trees, don't be too perfect.

VVythicaWe stayed in Floral Luxury.1949 Guesthouse for 1 night. We booked Mufan room located on the ground floor as i am travelling with my elderly mom and carrying heavy luggage bags.
The guesthouse butler will contact you the night before your arrival to add them to Wechat for easy communication. They will share their hotel location and offer pick-up service at the train station if required.
Access to Yunshuiyao town is RMB90 perpax and free for those aged above 65 years old. Yunshuiyao is a scenic town area with 3 km long (2 - 3 hours walk). We hired a chinese speaking guide to accompany us to explain the history of Huaiyan building (square tulou), Hegui building (round tulou), and the town area. It cost RMB100.
The guesthouse is located inside Yunshuiyao town, behind the shop houses, in-between waterwheel and 2 trees (named as husband and wife) aged above 670 years old.
When we reached there at 2.30 pm, it was raining. The hotel staff immediately came out with an umbrella to pick us up and assist with the luggage.
The check-in is fast, and the access to the room is by password, which they will share in Wechat. Checkout is also very easy.
The hotel offered free fruits twice a day, afternoon and evening.
The basic bathroom essentials are complete, and they also provide bathrobes. The bed and pillows are very comfortable for a good night sleep. Luckily the aircond can change to warm mode as it was very cold on raining day.
There's a mini kids playground for children's. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast set come with porridge and soya drink. Can topup if needed more. The in-house restaurant provides lunch & dinner with a la carte chinese foods menu.
The sky brightens at 5 am, while the sun rises high at 6.45am. If you are able to wake up early, this is the best time for you to revisit the town and tulou surrounding area for nice photos and cool breeze as only local people around. There's a roadside stall selling super long youtiao (equal to size of 2 youtiao) located near the stone bridge not far from guesthouse.
The whole Yunshuiyao town is covered with natural peebles pathway. Wear suitable shoes as it will be very slippery during the rainy day.

DDarylAs it wasn't a busy time and we were staying for a whole week, on check they upgraded us to the Wooden Loft Family Room, which was quite nice. The room was comfortable with big windows and a nice view across the stream to the forest. It was great to have a washing machine and the washing machine had a dryer function as well so we could still dry our clothes when it was cloudy and cool. The smart toilet was a bit disappointing as the controller wasn't very responsive and the flush was very weak. The tub was nice though the water was not quite hot enough to make it comfortable. Most of all we enjoyed the courtyard area and the breakfast/restaurant area, especially the tea room. They are really well designed and organized and provide a nice space to relax and read and write. The breakfast was quite nice, they provide a serving size based on the number of people, though it was often not enough for us and we normally asked for another serving. They also brought a fruit and yogurt platter to the room in evenings which we also enjoyed. The location is convenient to walk down to the Yuchanglou Tulou in Xiabancun, though part of the way will be on the main road which can be busy with traffic. To get to other areas such as Tianluokeng and Taxiacun it is also possible to walk, though again sometimes you have to walk on the main road as there is no walking path or small side road. There is a tourist bus service that goes between the scenic spots and you can even flag them down in between though you are supposed to have purchased a transportation ticket first and that is not striaghtforward to get if you didn't get it in advance. So, most guests come with their own car or rent one. If arriving by train, while trip.com shows the Yongding and Longshan railway stations as the closest, actually the quickest and most convenient station is the one at Nanjing. Also, because the hotel is within the scenic area you do need to purchase tickets to enter, either online tickets or paper tickets at the gate.

The service staff’s attitude is truly amazing and helpful especially the front desk who is very accommodating to our requests, restaurant staffs were very attentive and friendly, great food, not so expensive and the room is very clean, nice & tidy. There is also a park area in front of the hotel. This place is overlooking Zhangzhou and the other side is Xiamen. During the night time, we stayed at the terrace, drink some wine while staring at the beautiful view. Unfortunately, we’ve missed the sunset as it’s too late when we come back to the hotel. We also wake up very early and watch the beautiful sunrise in the morning at the back of the hotel. Also, there are free drinks available in the room and we got sweet soup and fresh fruits available after we come back from our tour. This is a good place to stay, far away from hustle and bustle of the city. It's 4 km to the famous Ten Miles Blue Mountain and it’s overlooking from the hotel. The hotel even sent us to this place by their service van and offered to pick us up back to the hotel which is well appreciated. After we check out, we thought it's easy to get a Didi but ended the hotel offered their service van again to bring us down the mountain to get Didi easily. It’s better to have your own car for your own convenience travelling around this area. We can’t say enough good things about moonlight resort and will surely give them two thumbs up for their amazing service, it was all so great stay! Definitely this hotel is highly recommended, we booked 2 rooms Elegant & Privilege Queen Room it's worth the trip. We hope to come back again next time.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing experience to live in the “chopsticks” buildings of the four dishes and one soup! This was a small and beautiful village and the family who ran the inn helped us carry our luggage up to the inn and later down to the inn. When we arrived they cooked a dinner which was reasonable in price based on a local menu. And then during dinner, they told us that one of the family members will be running a free tour of the Tulous of four dishes one soup for us in which they explained the history of the building of the tulous, especially the oval shaped tulou. Our guide was very funny with his stories (he spoke in Chinese) and it was a lovely time seeing the artists and candy makers in the Tulous. I would highly recommend this place. We did have to bring our own towels (or at least we brought our own and they didn’t supply one), so maybe best to check.

GGuest UserI came to Yunshuiyao to play, and I really like the scenery here. I especially like their design and greening. Whenever I come to the south, I ask him to stay here for a night every time. The proprietress is very friendly, and the tea she brews is very fragrant. The coffee is also very fragrant. The overall environment is very healing. I came from Jiangsu. GGuest UserI stayed at Atour once on a business trip before, and the experience was good. This time I came to Zhangzhou for tourism, and I booked Atour again. The service details this time were also very considerate. Hot water was provided when checking in. The guy found that the room we booked did not include breakfast. After checking that I was a gold member, he gave me two days of breakfast for free! Thank you very much!
When leaving, because the high-speed rail was late, I planned to wait in the hotel for a while after picking up the luggage before going to the station. The lady at the front desk also took the initiative to bring us two bottles of mineral water and two cups of hot water! The details are very touching! I plan to book Atour hotels in the future!

GGuest UserIt was most unusual that we had to pay in advance CNY1,000 when we checked in for only 1 night. Our room rate was CNY427. The following morning when we checked out, the CNY1,000 was refunded immediately and then we paid the actual bill.
The lobby, elevator and room were clean and nice. Huge bathtub, spacious room.
As our group of 8 checked in late, we had buffet dinner in the hotel. Most of the food dishes were almost empty but the staff were helpful in specially preparing dishes for us. The seafood was fresh but the steak and the other meat dishes of pork, chicken, etc were tough and inedible.

The hotel's hardware facilities are almost, the USB charging interface is not available, the sink drain connection is not closed, and the hand water comes out, making the sewage overflow, and the shower room is very inconvenient without putting things.
