特別滿意，被酒店的細節和服務驚艷到了。1.首次入住，四星酒店，到大堂登記後，酒店的管理人員親自幫我一路把行李箱提到房間，開啟了空氣凈化器等。很貼心的送了果盤。2.保潔阿姨進來送點心和酸奶，覺得房間温度高，跟我溝通之後幫我開了空調。3.房間非常安靜，配套設施非常完善：支持辦公，有茶具，免費飲品和茶包，小冰櫃，衣櫃裏面有手提袋，洗漱用品比別的酒店給的多，連卸粧棉棉簽都備好了，洗手間還配有緊急電話（考慮很周到）。4.餐廳很大，自助早餐，品種豐富，水果新鮮，還配有明檔師傅在燙麪，應有盡有，看起來也特別衞生。5.前台接待人員和管理人員的親和力佳，服務態度很好，非常專業。退房時還意外收穫了兩串鑰匙掛飾，謝謝前台的小姐姐！這次商務出行非常滿意，值得大家入住！感謝酒店帶來的完美體驗！

酒店乾淨，服務不錯。房間挺舒適的，客房的服務員把房間佈置的很温馨。房間裏除了送入住水果，還有酸奶和猴頭菇餅乾。早餐廳也挺大的，外面還有露天餐位，今天人不多，沒有開放。

交通便利，辦理入住、退房效率高。
早餐不錯，種類豐富。
就是客房冬天門窗緊閉後，房間還是有些裝修氣體的味道。另外，暖風空調聲音有點響，晚上有點影響休息。

當天入住較晚近乎半夜，辦理完入住手續上樓刷房卡才知道酒店安排的樓層和房間號均為人們避諱的數字，後詢問前台説不知道客人忌諱，作為四星酒店服務不應該説這樣的話，後又有其他前台人員説應該詢問客人對此樓號和房號有無忌諱，我認為四星酒店不應該出現這樣的差錯，替別人預訂出現這種情況更是無語。

位置很方便，每次出差鄭州都入住此酒店。
兩個缺點:
叫車都不進來大門，因為有門閘，若遇見下雨就很不方便。
大廳缺乏沙發等座椅，地方很大卻無多擺設沙發座位。

房間整潔敞亮，衞浴設施佈置合理，安靜有利於休息，書桌上方可以再佈置一個插座，便於電腦和枱燈同時使用，目前，用了電腦，枱燈就無處插電源

房間有四五衹小蛾子，床單和被子上有幾根毛髮，床幫也有幾根，這些細節讓人感覺蠻膈應的畢竟住酒店最重要的就是乾淨衞生。最後一位清潔阿姨現場換了床單和被罩。其他總體來説還是不錯。
